Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by This product serves it's purpose It was very hard to find an "all black" wine cooler in the size I needed~ most mix stainless steel on it, which I am not a fan. A light comes on when the door opens and remains on 5 seconds after the door closes. I prefer a light switch so that I could have the light on and off at my leisure, especially while entertaining. Since the interior of the cooler is also black, it is very dark and you cannot see the wine bottles inside unless the light is on. There are 2 temperature controls~ one for white wine and one for red wine. The temperature is set for the entire cooler~ not two different compartments~ so, if you set it for white wine, your red is too cold and if you set it for red wine your white wine is too warm. You can set somewhere in the middle, but then neither temperature of wine will be accurate then. The manual does state to put white wine at the bottom and the red at the top. I am assuming because heat rises. All this being said, you can't beat the price & you get what you pay for! September 11, 2012
