At 22 cents each in the 50 piece box these are a steal. Hammered in easily and securely attached to 2x4 studs. Would require a claw hammer or small crowbar to remove. It's a total mystery to me why these got bad reviews. I almost passed on these due to the negative comments. Glad I gave them a try.

I'm not sure if the other people are mental or not but I used these a few weeks ago in my basement and they worked just fine. But then again, I'm not mental.

I RECEIVED A DIFFERENT STYLE PLATE.
THESE PLATES ARE NOT THE SAME AS IN PICRURES.
VERY HARD TO HAMMER IN.
THEN THEY DID NOT HOLD.
WHEN YOU HAMMER MORE THAN ONE ON A STUD THE FIRST ONE HAMMER IN WILL FALL OUT.
I HAD TO LIQUID NAIL MOST OF THE PLATES TO MAKE SURE THEY WILL STAY CONNECTED TO THE STUD.
I HAVE ALWAYS USED THE PLATES THAT ARE PICTURED IN THE AD AND THEY WORK GREAT BUT THESE REPLACEMENT PLATES JUST ARE JUNK
