Pretty easy to install, even with slanted studs/joists. Can be adjusted to lower if you've got a thick/tile ceiling.

Just a housing, nothing special except the support arms were flimsy.

I have used this product professionally as an electrician and purchased these for my home. I prefer recessed lighting where it makes since in the home.

I installed five of these in a kitchen I'm refurbishing. They snap easily to the ceiling tracks of the suspended ceiling and are fully adjustable. I especially like the included push connectors for the wiring. It makes jumping from one light to the next super easy. There are many trim rings available, I opted for eyeballs. Great product, highly recommended.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by trusk1883 Easy Installation, very affordable
I recently purchased 8 of these canned lights for a basement remodel. They installed very easily with the help of someone holding the unit while it is being fastened in place.
I would recommend using short drywall screws to fasten them to the ceiling joists rather than the provided nails. The use of screws will make it much easier to adjust if you need to move it for whatever reason. I used the nails and it is almost destructive to get them out.
The wire connectors are so easy to hook up, even a dummy could do it. Highly recommend for new construction.

One of five had a problem. I bought 4 and one was intermittent. Had to replace it. Took about $50 in electrician's time to diagnose and replace. Plus a couple more trips to HD to buy and return the bad one. My recommendation is to buy an extra one and take it back if it isn't needed, or one is bad.
