Measurements do not seem to agree between description and specs. 6 inches wide and high and another says 7.5. Seems as though two different fixtures are being described.

There are different models. I bought 2 pole lights, which use 3 bulbs each. I also bought 2 hanging lights, which use 1 bulb each.

Answer:
You have to unscrew both of the screws, then the top comes off & the light bulbs can be added. They are easy to get off - it's the getting them back on that's hard. They are small & there is not a lot of room to for your fingers.

Answer:
There are two screws on the bottom side of the hood that connect the fixture body to the hood. They pull down the fixture body then you have access to the bulbs

Yes, I just bought one - and put in a 100 Watt "daylight LED" by Phillips (equivalent to a 100 Watt incandescent, but uses 14 Watts).
It looks quite nice.

Answer:
Pretty much ANY light socket can accommodate a LED bulb. You just need to ensure it fits. They still don't like dimmers (most of them) but are getting better.
The other person answered incorrectly. THIS light will accommodate a LED bulb. I put in a Phillips Daylight 100W equivalent LED.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love it Replaced old porch light with this and it looks great. I love it August 9, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by had to return six of these although these lights are beautiful two fatal problems propted me to return all six of them. problem no 1- the screws holding the two parts of the light together do not line up with the screw holes- - the aluminum does not bend even a little to try to line them up- it breaks. problem nol 2- even if one did get them properly installed, there is no way to change the light bulb without disconnecting all the wiring and taking the light down - again due to the bad design of the crews holding the two pieces of the light together - the screws are so tiny fingers don't wor; there is very little room for any kind of miniature wrench, and the threads only catch one or two fo them, and this is without any visibility- all this is supposed to be done standing on a ladder with arms and light above head - no thank you! (hamptom bay did had no trouble taking them all back-thanks- but would not take the feedbackk and continues to sell these even though several of the reviews have the same complaint. July 6, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice for the price. A little too small for my porch. Looks a little cheap on close inspection but the price was low. June 21, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty but a problem Light is attractive and durable but has two problems. The first is the difficulty in replacing the bulb. I'm short, my porch ceiling is high, and I get dizzy on ladders, so standing on ladder to try to unscrew the bottom from the top is not feasible for me. Up until now that was the only problem. This year the birds have decided that the light is perfect for nesting in. I love the birds, but not in my porch light. I have tried taping the openings to prevent access (birds pecked holes and pulled electrical tape off), I have cleared out nesting material 5 times and each time the birds replace it. Then I filled inside with wire screening which I then sewed onto the metal parts of the fixture - birds pulled thread out and are trying to build nest inside the screening. Aaaaggghhh. I will be replacing this fixture. May 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great purchase Light matches my 2 garage lights which have been up for couple years. The only think I don't like is the clear glass. Because it hangs you see the prominent bulb. Tried different shapes and all look awful. I decided to frost the glass. Home Depot has spray paint in "Frosted Glass" which I purchased to fix the bulb eyesore. Other than that, I love how it looks. Installation pretty easy after figuring our instructions which could have been a little more clear. All in all, I would say, a good value for the money. May 3, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ok The product is hard to put together and to change the bulb you have to take it apart again, Then it will be hard to put back together. Very poor design. May 18, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hanging lantern Very nice light added to our home. Looks great. Not so bad on the install time. April 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by awesome light for our front porch Wanted a hanging light for the front of our house. Wanted one that had an open bottom so we wouldn't collect bugs. This light is great. We had to shorten the chain but it was simply. April 12, 2016
