There's no place you can find this out, but with my Watt-meter I measure the following:
It draws 1 watt when it's turned off.
It draws 1 watt plus the wattage of the fixtures.
It draws 4 additional watts if the photocell function or the timer is engaged (whether the fixtures are on or off).
That qualifies it as a zombie, but not a big one.
It's not different from other photocells or timers.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Chris Just the right size
I have this transformer connected to 10 LED Lights at total of about 30 watts. This was just the size I needed with some room to spare if I add on more LEDs.

I had bought and had to return two Moonrays Timers because the photoelectric eyes did not work. This timer is identical to the Moonrays, so it is obvious it is manufactured by the same company. It had the same problem the photoelectric eye did not work, so I had to return it for full credit. I ended up buying the Malibu 120 Watt Power Pack that you sell in the store, installed it one month ago and it functions perfectly.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rick Excellent replacement for inferior original equipment (Malibu transformer). Much, much better and a breeze to install.
This is an excellent replacement for Malibu electronic transformers that should have never been sold in the first place. Easily installs and works like a charm. Bravo!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JimBuck3 Solid Landscaping Lighting Transformer
This is a solid, compact, simple 12 volt transformer for landscaping lighting. Connection is simple. The control and "electric eye" for automated on/off functions are under a plastic cover. There are several positions to select from, depending on how long the lights should remain on, etc.
This is 100 watts, which should drive upward of 20 lights IF they are of the more recent LED variety.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beaver Good replacement product
This was a replacement of an original transformer bought 1 year ago. The only problem was the connectors were not the same. After some additional electrical connectors were added, we were able to hook this transformer up to the original lights.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Clockman Couldn't Even Use it
Looks like it could be a good unit and the reviews seemed generally positive. Unfortunately I never got to use it as one of the screws to connect the wires was stripped and it couldn't be tightened. I would be concerned with their quality control. I ended up returning it and buying another unit.
