While I have not verified for myself, page 10 of the instruction manual indicates that you can set manual override (disable motion) by flipping the wall switch from Off to On and then Off to On again all within 3 seconds. Do the same to re-enable motion sensing. Good luck.

The LED blub would have to be dimmable.. After a time it will damage the LED bulb if it is not dimmable

My light doesn't have this problem. I think that the light itself is illuminating the daylight sensor. The light sensor has a long time delay (maybe 5 to 10 minutes. When the light is illuminated, the unit thinks it is daytime and after the time delay, shuts the light off. Make sure that the bulb light is not reflected into the light sensor. Is it by any chance mounted on a white wall?

I have the same problem. It quickly toggles on, off. It's a bad design. It starts to get dark and it turns on, then the light from the light bulb reflects off the wall and onto the light sensor. This would be a non issue if the would have located the senor else were, perhaps on the side. Or they could have incorporated a minimum time it stays on in the circuitry.

You might want to try using a flood light (if you haven't already) that focuses the direction of the light better and may prevent the sensor from receiving too much ambient light from a regular bulb. I did, and seems to work so far, but I have only owned this light for 24 hours so far.

The first two failed after about a month, I took them down and exchanged them for the same at the local Home Depot, they're still working as of last night. The third failed within the last few weeks, I took it down yesterday and went to the local Home Depot to exchange this one also, they had none in stock, six are scheduled to be shipped sometime in the future, they cant even set something up to notify me when they've shipped or arrived. We really like them, when working, seems there's a problem here that's not being addressed by Home Depot.

Three months later I am hunting down old receits and trying to replace them as they burn out. I bought four and one has burnt out each week. Reading other reviews assures me that this product is junk and I am not the only one to have this problem. Shame because it looks good when it worked. Hopefully home depot will help me out with exchanging all four. I doubt they carrry this product much longer

They looked great, so four months later, I put two on the front porch....a month later, both back porch lights stopped working. I replaced them with a different brand. Glad I held on to my receipts; I am pretty sure we'll have to return the other two, as well. Nice, while they last.
