Answer:
Assuming you mean 13W LED bulbs, yes you can, but daylight bulbs are usually not used for a bedroom or a study. Generally soft white bulbs are used.
Unless you specifically want the bluish color of light that daylight bulbs give off (think noon outside), you will want soft white.

Unless you specifically want the bluish color of light that daylight bulbs give off (think noon outside), you will want soft white.
Also -- yes, some people do prefer the daylight bulbs because they appear 'brighter', but be aware that due to the bluish color, they shut off the body's melatonin production (the sleep hormone) and can lead to insomnia and affect sleep patterns. This is the reason they are not recommended for bedrooms.
One last thing -- color temperature is what we're talking about here ("soft white", "daylight", etc.). Soft white equates to 2700K, while daylight is somewhere from 5000K to 6500K. I've had complaints even about 3000K bulbs in bedrooms, so keep that in mind. 2700K is comparable to a traditional incandescent bulb. Read Less

Answer:
Yes, LED, CFL, and, of course, incandescent bulbs will all work so long as the bases are the same as the bulb sockets on the lamp.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Light Only reason I did not rate it a five is the little tool to tighten the ring to secure the globe was not included. Was missing but the manufactor did not make a provision for it. Fortunately I had one from a different light previously installed. September 27, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty and functional This light adds an understated touch of elegance to our small half-bath. The price was right. July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great low-cost light for bathroom It was very easy to install. Had to turn upside down, as the medicine cabinet would interfere with it installed the "normal" way. I much preferred the look this way, and it's easier on the LED bulbs I installed. HUGE improvement on the fixture that came with my apartment. Had to replace the stick fluorescent I'd replaced that with--gave up the ghost. The finish on it, considering the cost, is really nice. I'm a fan of bronze and nickel. September 15, 2015
