The fountain is nice for the first year. After the first year, the interior started to crumble and after the 2nd year both interior and exterior are rapidly crumbling so the fountain leaks a lot. I drained the water and covered the fountain for the winter but this did not prevent it from falling apart. I would not recommend this fountain.

VERY disappointed. Bought for elderly parents. They took great care to drain and wrap in plastic during winter. Totally dry but full of crack with chunks falling off. Heavy to hall to basement. If basement or garage isn't heated, will severely crack and not hold water. When you reassemble, pieces chunk away. Waste of money. This could be made to withstand. Many exterior fountains found outside 365 do. This $169 to $254 investment is only good for 1 summer. They should have LARGE FONT on box ABSOLUTELY MUST BE STORED IN HEATED DRY AREA IN WINTER OR WILL IMMEDIATELY CRUMBLE APART. Manufacturer should be embarrassed. No pride in this product.

Bought my fountain last summer and it started breaking apart before a year was out. Just can't take our Tx summers, I suppose. Pump is fine, just the fountain broke into pieces. So sad. My birds loved it so I'll give it two stars

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by pg Worst product in the entire store. DO NOT BUY THIS.
Don't know why Home Depot would sell this product. Didn't last one year outside. Completely fell apart over the winter. Had in drained and covered but temperature variations turned it to rubble.

In less than a year the edges of the bowl started chipping. The bowl is discolored. After just 2 years, there are holes all over the large bowl. Everytime I try to clean it , more chips off. We are in the process of trying to find a replacement. Very cheap quality. Unable to repair it, due to being fiberglass. It was very pretty when we first got it. We called and complained , and they sent us a $30 gift card, which was very nice.

My husband bought this for me and we did store the product in our garage and the next summer we noticed cracks and then it started to crumble and leak water. I believe Home Depot needs to have this product redone and replace all the ones they sold or give back credits to the customers for buying garbage.

My husband got me the fountain last year for Mother's Day. It is now in pieces. It crumbled after this winter and fell over. Very disappointed! It says it's a cement fountain? This shouldn't have happened.

This is the second fountain of this type I have purchased at Home Depot. During a period where I was unable to clean the fountain for about six weeks (due to hand surgery), it got badly stained and no amount of scrubbing got the stain off! I usually clean it every two weeks and I also add a clarifier to the water (bird safe) that I put in the fountain. So make a note about that, you want to keep on top of cleaning it.
One word of caution. I don't think you can order these online, and you wouldn't want to; they had to open three boxes before I found a fountain that was not broken. I live in southern California and don't have to worry about freezing temperatures at night, or any sort of winter weather that can damage these, but you would want to take the other reviews into consideration on that point. Surveying the damage just in the box, I can see where they would crumble to bits in the wrong conditions.
Fountain is extremely heavy, I get gold stars for getting it up one flight of stairs into my apartment, piece by piece, BY MYSELF which means, yeah, anyone can do it! Sets up fairly quickly, you do have to level the tiers to make sure the water falls evenly. Still love it.
