The drawers DO NOT fit their own cabinets without shiming the front mountings and then they don't slide smoothly.

The drawer slides do not line up with the drawer properly with out adding some shims to the front slide mounting. This is the third drawer I've installed.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DS Low price - low quality
Poor assembly quality. Corners were lose and I needed to add staples to stabilize them. Rails were wobbly and spread wider on one unit, I bought two. With my re-work completed , they should be fine. Wood material is very good, good surface finish. If you are a craftsmen and are willing to repair and strengthen them, they will work. They were also damaged in shipment

Quality is lacking here a little bit. I was hoping for better construction. And the slides that come with it are pretty cheap. We'll see how they hold up.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wolf The right price and in stock!
Just completed a new kitchen, my contractor quoted me $75 for any Rollout drawers installed. What I found on the internet were numerous vendors offering these rollouts (or Pull-outs) in all sizes and various materials, but basically they are all the same. Some even use the identical same hardware (gliders and rails etc. with various options), available in all different width and most with a 21"+ length (standard to fit in a 24" base cabinet), but prices are at least $50 to over $70 plus a horrendous freight charge from $15 to over $35 (via UPS or FEDEX) coast to coast, one vendor quoted a flat $7 freight charge! But in most cases the freight almost doubles the cost for a Rollout and deliveries are 2 to 5 weeks. Home Depot has this model (Hamton Bay or American Classics are the same and a HD brand) in stock and ship FREE!
Installation is simple and if you are handy with tools, will not take more than 20 minutes. Download the Installation Instructions from the net.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by HDshopper roll out drawer
this drawer measured 19 x 20.5 and the bottom is thin so it will not be able to take any weight.
I was very dissapointed . . . it's going back to the store.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Paul The product that I got was not the product that I ordered.
The dimensions were smaller than advertised and the brackets did not fit. I purchased this as a replacement drawer for a cabinet that I purchased from Home Depot. However, it is not the same product. Home Depot does not seem to offer replacements parts for cabinets that they sell. This does not seem to make sense. It is understandable that products might break after time. However, if part of a product breaks, which is also understandable, then the vendor (Home Depot) should have a way to offer that part of the product. Not only did Home Depot not offer this part, but the part that is similar, which they did offer, did not fit.
