Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by RetiredDinker2 NOT FOR OLDER CABINETS UNLESS YOU ARE A CABINET MAKER
This is a plain box with drawer slides attached. The slides that go into the cabinet are not made for old solid wood cabinets, especially those with odd sizes. I had to do a lot of "adjustments" to get it to fit and I have to admit this was one of the hardest projects I have undertaken. It is not for a beginner and if your cabinets are not the perfect size you will probably have trouble with the installation. I did one cabinet (2 drawers) and finally got them in after several hours. I waited on the other cabinet for almost two weeks just because it took so long and I was very disappointed in the was it fits even after the installation. The hardware for these drawers is not the best. The old fashioned hardware where you screw in the back and it has a support is far superior to this set up. I do not expect the hardware on these to hold up for long. If I had it to do over, I would not purchase these again.

The dimensions are not correct. The drawer is 19 IN. wide. This does not work if you really need a 20.3 in. drawer. Also there were no instructions for installation of the side rails (needed a template) and 2 of the 4 I received were damaged.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by DougD Unglued corners when received.
It came without any instructions. One corner of both drawers was not glued (we had ordered 2). Glides for drawers seemed fine but disappointing to receive product that missed quality control before shipped.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by DIYer Competitive price. OK product.
For several weeks the order status showed "processing your order". I assume that really meant "being fabricated". Although the Home Depot online listing made no mention that this drawer is intended for use in a specific cabinet, the installation instructions address only how to mount it in that cabinet--no dimensions given for mounting it elsewhere. BEWARE!

The drawers DO NOT fit their own cabinets without shiming the front mountings and then they don't slide smoothly.

The drawer slides do not line up with the drawer properly with out adding some shims to the front slide mounting. This is the third drawer I've installed.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wolf The right price and in stock!
Just completed a new kitchen, my contractor quoted me $75 for any Rollout drawers installed. What I found on the internet were numerous vendors offering these rollouts (or Pull-outs) in all sizes and various materials, but basically they are all the same. Some even use the identical same hardware (gliders and rails etc. with various options), available in all different width and most with a 21"+ length (standard to fit in a 24" base cabinet), but prices are at least $50 to over $70 plus a horrendous freight charge from $15 to over $35 (via UPS or FEDEX) coast to coast, one vendor quoted a flat $7 freight charge! But in most cases the freight almost doubles the cost for a Rollout and deliveries are 2 to 5 weeks. Home Depot has this model (Hamton Bay or American Classics are the same and a HD brand) in stock and ship FREE!
Installation is simple and if you are handy with tools, will not take more than 20 minutes. Download the Installation Instructions from the net.

Poor assembly quality. Corners were lose and I needed to add staples to stabilize them. Rails were wobbly and spread wider on one unit, I bought two. With my re-work completed , they should be fine. Wood material is very good, good surface finish. If you are a craftsmen and are willing to repair and strengthen them, they will work. They were also damaged in shipment
