I love the sound of waterfalls so my husband bought me what I thought would be something very relaxing.... wrong!
This thing is the biggest piece of garbage we have ever wasted our money on. I didn't have it 3 months before the thing started to crumble away. The water splashes out and it has to have 2 - 3 gallons of water added each day, if you can even keep it running. My first pump burned out in less than 2 weeks.
This thing has cracked and crumbled to the point where it will no longer stand. You touch it and the pieces literally fall off in your hand.
SAVE YOUR MONEY - DONT BUY THIS !

I purchased this fountain to replace a resin fountain that was destroyed by a deer 4 years ago. This one seems to be made much more sturdy. It is much heavier. It went together easily. It was level from tier to tier. There is very little splash out on this one compared to the one we had last. It makes a beautiful sound. I have the pump turned up all the way. It is a show stopper!!!! I purchased it as an anniversary gift for my partner

This fountain crumbled apart as a result of the harsh winter despite the fact that it was drained of all the water. Bought in the summer, it's spring and it's going to the curb!!

The fountain has been set up and running for about 24 hours now. The fountain itself looks great and more expensive than what I paid. The color is actually more gray/green, I was expecting it to be a lighter cream color. The fountain feels like concrete and is heavy. It does chip easily if you are not careful putting it together.
The downside is there is a lot of water splash out. I expected this as every tier style fountain I have had splashes water out. Since I run the fountain 24/7 I will have to add about 2-3 gallons of water daily. Also, one tier was difficult to lock into place but we eventually got it.
I will keep an eye on the durability. I hope this fountain lasts a long time.

I searched every where for a fountain, with a great quality and great price. Found this one at Home Depot and set it up. After I painted it with spray paints and filled it with water, I was amazed at the great deal.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rick The product looked good
I got it home and set it up. It was easy to put together. I filled it up with water and it ran great. After a few weeks it begin to crack and split losing water. The large bowl on the bottom and the middle bowel cracked and split losing water. I am going to call the company to see if I can get replacement parts.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Handy Looks good, crumbles apart though. Don't buy.
Looks good, crumbles apart though. Don't buy. First the interlocking peices break off. Then the finish chips off. The water inlet whole is too big. It allows debris to enter the pump. I have owned for three years. The tier above the bottom bowl just cracked into 4 pieces when taking apart to clean.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Tonygee Poorly designed.
I purchased this product because it looked good and priced right. Unfortunately I am very dissapointed with the construction and installation instructions. The bowls were fibrous at the edges and pieces actually broke off during the installation. The installation direction illustrations show the pump outside the cylindrical housing, however the actual instructions say otherwise. The pump is encased in the pump housing cylinder and not very accessable. Not a good design. The plastic tube is very difficult to feed and connect. There is also quite a bit of water splashing from the bowls during operation onto the floor resulting in frequent additions of fresh water. I would have returned the whole thing, but some parts broke during installation.
