Customer Reviews

30x34.5x24 in. Shaker Sink Base Cabinet in Satin White is rated 1.4 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from What a nightmare Instead of ordering in stock cabinets, we paid more to get the shaker foil wrapped cabinets. We ordered them in March, and they were delivered the third week in April. Upon unwrapping them, all of the doors and all but one set of drawers for 27 cabinets were bubbled. There was glue smeared on most cabinets and several cabinets themselves had damage, including the routing on the cabinet delivered was damaged. Shockerg for the hinges. It was so bad, we called RSI, who manufactures Hampton Bay. Their customer service was poor at best. They decided to send the doors separate from the cabinets themselves, expecting us to now construct everything. Well, the doors were sent first and they had marks all over the doors. Absolutely no quality control. And again, the RSI customer service was so poor. They have been very unhelpful and unwilling to rectify the matter. It is 3 months later and we have no kitchen, and cabinets all over the house. Please order at your own risk. We don't want another family to have to go through this. Look the other way, any other way.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quality is so poor and so is Home Depot customer sevice! Everyone of these foil wrapped cabinets has come unglued! We are told the warranty has run out. It has not been that long and they should be covered. I have never seen anything like this! We spent a small fortune on our new kitchen and it is a mess! Whatever you do do not buy these cabinets and do not expect any help from Home Depot!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Poor Company They are nice looking cabinets on the outside and seem to have a reasonable warranty. I wiped them out with a damp rag, no product. Instantly the interior bubbled up. Company states the interior is NOT covered under their warranty. They told me I should buy some shelf liner. These cabinets are about 6 months old - DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are manufactured by RSI - garbage product and garbage warranty - so disgusted!

Despite the cabinets being 'affordable', it's still a big investment. I recognized that they weren't the highest quality when I bought them, but it was what I could afford at the time, and the shaker style is nice. I had them professionally installed (not by home depot contractors) with glass knobs and bin pulls for the drawers. they look great. I clean them with a damp cloth, nothing else and dry them immediately. It's foil on MDF, not wood and paint. the drawer hardware is pretty cheap and fell off within a month of use. they took awhile to arrive. i paid extra to have them delivered to my house. i would recommend them for someone who, like me, doesn't have the money to buy good quality but needs some kitchen cabinets right away. if you have the money, buy real wood cabinets. kind of a no-brainer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Poor Quality I ordered several of the shaker cabinets. Despite these cabinets being considered "special order" there was nothing special about the quality. Every cabinet was damaged. At first I thought it could have been a shipping issue but as my contractor inspected each cabinet they were all damaged due to poor manufacturing. I ended up having to return the cabinets to the store which was a huge inconvenience, my project is now set back several weeks. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product and experience.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pretty unhelpful vender The cabinets looks nice, but are not high quality. They come damaged from a vender outside of HomeDepot. The replacements of damaged products will double or triple the length of your project. They are unhelpful, and do not work with customer, even in case of their defective merchandise.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not these cabinets I didn't buy the cabinets that were in stock I wanted cabinets that were of a higher quality. I wish they'd stock one there at the store, it may have changed my mind. None the less I bought a whole kitchen set worth of cabinets. Many of the staples that were used to hold the cabinets together were not completely in, some stuck out as much as a half an inch. Glue, yes glue that was used to stick the cabinets together was in more places than I cared to count. The filler board that they give you to use is made of, get this, plywood. If you ever try to use a screw in the side of plywood and expect it to hold anything, if it works for you, please let me know. These cabinets were reasonably square, reasonably. The doors have adjustable door hinges however the screws were placed in the wood so as the angles of the screws were anything but square to the hinges. One side of the double doors were set on the bottom side and the other side was set at the top side. Who puts these things together? Is there no quality control? I almost forgot, one of the larger cabinets was broken in shipment but after calling the store several times, a new one was ordered. Happy Days. Spend a few more dollars and go to a cabinet shop.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Just Okay The doors had marks and dried paint drips everywhere...it is going to require sanding and repainting.
