Very Nice, when your Looking at the face of the product(s) but poor craftsmanship. All staples, no glue, lose mitered joints, weak plastic corner brackets and "not square". I had to reinforce all corners and strap the back of the cabinets. I expected better for the price... "Open and Inspect Before You Leave!" Most finished edges were chipped.

They may not be top of the line but they are good looking and seem to be built ok.

We rehabbed our entire kitchen with these cabinets. The project turned out great. My suggestion if you purchase the tall pantry cabinet, and then convert the spaces to the slide out pot and pan holders, use L brackets to support the weight on the shelf. The plastic inserts did not hold up to the conversion. Other than that it's a great product!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kenny Great looking, but poor quality of workmanship on some parts.
I love the look of our new basement. I have installed the cabinets on my own, with directions found right on the box, and a little help from the internet. I was very pleased when the Hampton Bay offered to replace the old fashion drawer glides with brand new bearing style glides, free of charge, as some of my drawers came with the better glides, and some didn't. So, some +++++. However, when it came to the drawer and cabinet itself, some of the workmanship in putting it together was poor. When the front of the drawer plate doesn't fit tightly to the drawer box, I think that is a problem. They stapled the Hickory on the drawer, which may be the common practice for a lower end cabinet, but some were very wiggly and loose. I scored a 4 of 5 because I like many other things about this brand from Home Depot compared to similar pre-made, in -stock style cabinets from the big box stores. The cost was lower, better looking and somewhat better quality based on what I looked at for a few weeks before making the $1500 purchase. With the great looking counter top from Home Depot too, my basement looks a million times better than it was. However, those cabinets could be a little more sturdy.

We have ordered these in the past, and we were very happy. This time, however, the workmanship is terrible. The drawer hardware doesn't work and we had to replace it completely. The quality is poor.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jake The cabinets make a beautiful kitchen.
We bought over 2500 dollars worth of hickory cabinets for some rental property we own and my wife is considering doing our house to match. While the cabinets are very nice to look at they lack a little in the quality of construction. I would not reccomend these for the everyday homeowner to install as they tend to be out of square and they don't come with any provisions for attaching countertops. A lot fo the staples used in the construction missed their mark so some of the bottom and side panels were not attached. If you have a little experience with cabinet installition and some good tools they are a good buy.

The cabinet comes completely assembled... but, with staples. I just fixed that myself.
Otherwise, the drawer has a good glide system. the hinges work fine and the cabinet was to square.
Not too shabby for the price.

No kick plate. Discovered the fact at time of installation. One in crushed box had staples pulled out. Replaced quickly by Home Depot.
