Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Small Flaws Products are good value but make sure you examine the packing REAL CLOSE. I thought I had. I was mostly looking at the corners for damage but I missed a very small flaw. See photos. There were two small holes in the packaging. Not sure how they got there. They punched though the cabinets as shown in second picture. I when ahead and used the cabinet as it was for out in my shop area. If it had been in my house I would have taken it back to the store. You will also need to install 1/2 plywood or blocks to get a counter mounted on top of the cabinets or you drawers will not open. Overall the project is moving along well. Just waiting for the sink to be shipped to finish it. January 11, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good base for the money. Looks nice We used these for a bathroom remodel. Good quality for the money. I would not use for a kitchen environment, but we thought it was a good match for a bathroom. No complaints for the money, only wish it had corner braces for attaching the countertop. I followed directions for attaching other base cabinets and everything lined up well. December 21, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The possibilities are endless with new Hampton Bay cabinets This is my first kitchen make-over. These cabinets are durable and beautiful. This was an easy to install, fun project. December 11, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good product for a DIY remodel I am an architect and am working on flipping a property. I used this line of cabinets for the kitchen remodel and feel that they were a great value for the quality of the product, and am glad that I went with them. I did read some reviews beforehand and thought that they were for the most part helpful, besides for reviews that stated that the items were scratched when they received them (this would be due to the shipping, not that the product itself was a bad product). Overall very pleased. A note for buyers, based on a couple reviews below. Sink cabinets rarely come with a back to allow ease in connecting the plumbing. Do not be alarmed if the sink cabinet does not have a back. October 21, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great value, nice looking I'm using this for laundry room. Note it is particle board. One of my doors opened to far and the hinge broke off. Had to glue it back on. April 28, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Well, you DO get What You Pay For It's been decades since kitchen cabinetry has become big business, and automated processes, newer materials and styles have all revolutionized the industry. In my business as a carpenter/builder, I've made entire kitchens on site, installed high end and lower "budget" kitchens, and am fairly well informed about the pitfalls involved with the latter. I recently finished trimming a new home and the owner asked if I would pick up and install some inexpensive cabinets in a laundry/utility are. Nothing difficult...a straight 9ft run of wall and base cabinets (three each of 36" wall and base cabs). I ordered from Home Depot, and the first delivery was completely demolished by the carrier. After jumping through some hoops, another story in itself, and re-ordering, the second delivery seemed OK, but upon unpacking the cabinets to install them, found several that broken corner joints (staples and hot glue for the boxes, pocket joints for the face frames), hardware that was installed incorrectly (including one 35mm door boring that made adjusting the door impossible, bowed face frames and fronts that would align. Yes, I expected the construction to be less than bomb-proof and the materials to be as cheap as possible, but these were pretty sad cabinets. I was able to make field repairs to get everything hung. but I'll be spending more time just to try and get the doors lined up and functioning properly...or at least close. These cabinets are VERY inexpensive, so that's the good part. By this experience, whoever hangs them better know what they're doing and be prepared for some "surprises". The doors actually look fine and with better hardware and a decent box behind them, these *could" be a great value. October 22, 2014
