If you are not picky about high quality stuff, and need something to replace absolute junk, this will work for you. I replaced a complete piece of junk, under the sink base cabinet, that didn't even have a backside to it...it was placed up against the bare wall. So, adding this under sink cabinet to what was much less than what this is, is an upgrade for me. The price made it affordable.
I did have to drill a large hole in the back of the cabinet to accommodate the water pipes.
The two little drawers are cute and nice to have.
I am female, and didn't have any problem getting this out of my truck and into the house.
I'll post a before and after picture to give you a better idea what it may look like.
Would probably give 4.5 stars if able.

Good cabinet for the price. I did not expect the best craftmanship for the price. I used 7 of these unfinished cabinets in various sizes to create the kitchen island I wanted. I cautiously & deliberately screwed the cabinets together with no issues. I painted and waxed the cabinets & am very pleased with how they turned out.

FYI: The interior cabinet has no partitions. Not necessarily a bad thing but something you should know.

Cabinet front is pretty good. I did my entire kitchen in these cabinets. This sink base was by far in the worst shape. There were 4 in the store, and none of them were usable. I ended up buying it at a discount, and had to reinforce it everywhere, as the staples were coming out. Probably a little of mishandling at the store, and poor construction, but overall the cabinet is worth the price.

First, thanks to the reviewer who recommended reinforcing the floor of this base cabinet! The floor is so thin it really needs a few 2x4's under it, and the effort really pays off! I can stand in it now. The back is also incredibly thin, almost cardboard, but it makes drilling the holes for plumbing that much easier.
The main feature is the solid oak face frame and doors; these are pretty good quality for the price and they accept stain well. The laminate they sell at HD for the ends of the cabinets is too thin; the face frame still extends beyond one laminated sheet. As long as I was buying this on sale I picked up extra laminate and doubled it up... it uses extra contact cement but it brings the sides out to match the face frame better.
In summary if you can find it on 20% discount and you have more free time than money, this product can be brought up to a reasonable standard for use as a kitchenette... I don't think I would use it for a daily high use kitchen. It is stapled together and the drawer bottoms are thin, but other than that it's a decent value.

One of the center cabinet door wasn't aligned with other door. Only front side is real wood.
