I read many other review on Teak tables and this was a good value. It was very heavy when delivered- we needed 4 people & only 1 delivery man brought it. I sanded each piece and applied teak oil before putting it together. It was rough at first, but with sanding, it became very smooth. Only use 1 coat of oil or it will become sticky. I was able to put the table together myself, except the last step of placing the tabletop on. I would recommend getting the chairs too, because it is a little tall for the chairs we have. The only thing is wee didn't get to use it before the cold weather came. It is now sitting in 1 foot of snow. Can't wait till spring.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this table !!!! I had been searching (for what seemed like FOREVER) to find the perfect Teak table, and stumbled upon this. Like most other people searching for teak, I was drawn in by the price. Having said that, I was a little nervous about what the quality of this item would be given the relatively low price on the grand teak scale of things........ THIS TABLE IS FANTASTIC !!!! I love it. For ease, I lightly sanded and oiled all the pieces prior to assembly. The assembly instructions were very easy to follow and this table is very well constructed. I would highly recommend this product to anyone interested in the beauty of teak, without a millionaire's budget.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality--though I shouldn't have been since I relied on others' reviews in my decision to purchase this table.
It is beautiful, nice tight wood grain, and one of the largest tables I could find. It may not be the thickest wood out there, but it is absolutely adequate. It looks like it should last for many many years.
Assembly was fairly easy, though I think one of their instructions was wrong. It will help tremendously to have a power drill with a phillips screwdriver bit, and a mallet is a must. I did most of it by myself until I needed my husband's help to lift up the table top.
This is a very solid table and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone--regardless of price.

Very nice table went together with a little difficulty but after calling customer service and sawing off a dowel in order to turn the center piece all was well. Looks great, leaves work well. The leaves also have umbrella holes so it does not look like the picture when opened. There are additional plugs for them but cannot imagine what the purpose would be for the additional holes. Is going to require something unique on the table to cover all the holes when fully extended. Maybe if you wanted to run power up from below for little lamps???

"I bought this table after the glowing reviews and did not want to spend more than the 2500$ including 10 chairs. The table is solid teak but it is a laminated product. Legs of table and parts of chair are multiple pieces glued together. Within 3wks everything began to split between the separate wood pieces. Shame, it is a beautiful table. Had to return it. I must say Home Depot was excellent about the whole return. My advice is to spent alittle more and get a table constructed without this flaw."
Same exact thing happened to me as this reviewer. Only mine was after 6 months later or so. HD told me to contact the vendor, which I did. I sent them pics as requested and they refunded the total cost of hte table. I only paid for the chairs. I thought this was fair.

I never review products typically, but I am often influenced by others review of a product so I thought it only fair to contribute. I recently purchased a full dining set, eight stackable chairs and two adirondack chairs all in teak. The fit and finish was beyond my expectations! This is truly a quality product and while its not cheap, it is absolutely worth every penny. You will not be dissapointed if you buy these amazon teak furniture products. Assembly is simple and the fit was perfect!

My double extension teak table was delivered in about 10 days from placing my order. Once I opened the box I was very impressed and excited to put it together. Assembly was super easy, but you need two people to assembly the table. Some of the pieces are quite heavy to maneuver by yourself. I did my homework and this was the best table with the best price. I highly recommend it, it is a great value! I can’t wait to enjoy many summer memories around this amazing table.
