These are great chairs, and they were on sale, and at the sale price they were an amazing value. They're nice and sturdy, and they look really good. Someone said they're not real teak, but I don't think that's accurate, based on everything I can see, they are genuine Teak from Bolivia.
That's the good part, the bad part is theyre really really difficult to get together. They require glue, and about a third of the glue bottles had gotten dried in transit, and it was difficult or impossible to get the glue out. On some of them I ended up having to cut the glue bottle to get the glue out. And once the glue was in the joints, you had to put together 2 different joints, which fit together very tightly. Some of them went together well, others just seemed like they were tighter than they should have been. I used to be a pretty good woodworker, I don't do it anymore, but I have a lot of trouble getting these together. Once they were together, they were beautiful and durable, I even ordered another box after I got the first shipment. Overall I recommend it if you're willing to put up with a difficult assembly.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dcat On SALE, had enough of the assembly.
Very nice looking but I was tired of the assembly. Pour yourself a nice beverage and relax in for a semi-frustrating but necessary evil...assembly. The chairs look nice, they go very well with the expandable table, and we got them on sale big time. So it's hard to complain. Only real complaint is that the chair joints were VERY hard to get together and some of them I was so tired of banging on the wood with various hammers and mallets, with various cork, rubber, cardboard or other protective surfaces that eventually I just settled for joints not flush or completely set. I almost had a big teak bonfire.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by susanp I noticed this set as a "buy of the day" and got an exceptional price
Only regret with this set is not buying the arm chairs at the same time for the bargain price. We have been looking for awhile for a nice set for our new screened porch...needless to say after a big construction project just paid for we were not spending between $3K and $4K for the table and chairs. This set is plenty heavy and good looking enough for what we wanted...it will get heavy family use. The main difference between this set and more expensive...it could have used a bit more finish sanding...but it is not a deal breaker. The color and grain is beautiful, it required assembly, but the drill holes all lined up and the screws were of good quality and all went together easily...hardest part was some of the set up required two people because of how heavy the table is. We are very pleased!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dallas Beautiful chairs, but require some work
While beautiful, these chairs require more work than advertised. The pieces are marked OK to guide assembly, but these are hardly something you can slap together and put outside the same day. nFirst, you will need 2 bar clamps >30" to assemble these pieces properly. The joints and mortises do not dry fit properly and require some targeted pressure that the suggested rubber Mallett cannot accomplish without breaking the wood. Second, make use to use a paint brush to spread the wood glue on each joint for a proper bond. And, third, these chairs are not sealed. You must apply a sealant or paint them before leaving exposed to the elements. They may also require light sanding. I'm guessing he reviewer who said they cracked at 6 weeks did not do any sealing or sanding. If you have the tools, these chairs are wonderful for the price (especially if you get them on sale).

We bought the Hampton Bay Table, four side chairs and two arm chairs. I have been looking for an affordable quality patio set and found it could not beat the price and with free shipping. Assembly was easy chairs are comfortable, can’t wait until next summer to get some use out of it. Would like to find the deep seating set on sale too.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by JRock Am please so far
Chairs were fairly easy to assemble. 3 of 4 sit level, I blame myself for not properly seating the joints. Chairs are very sturdy and comfortable and the product looks great with the table. Some minor checking is appearing as was indicated in the instructions. We'll see how the chairs hold up over the winter but I'm pleased with them so far.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by KeyWest57 Shipped without parts
Great chairs, loved them, but they were shipped without parts and instructions. Had to call and took another ten days to get them. Very disappointed. Worse experience on table experience. Great product, terrible shipping. Dowels do not go entirely in the provided slots, had to trim a bit for sleeker look.
