Assembled 12x30x12 in. Wall Cabinet in Satin White is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 406.

Price for the white was $60 more than unfinished Oak. I expected that the face frame might be a bit lower quality since it can be hidden by paint, but the whole cabinet is shoddy. Of a 12 part order 4 needed to be returned, if possible, you should open every cabinet before you leave the store.. The cabinets are 3/8" particle board just glued and stapled, no plywood anywhere. An upper cabinet of this group is supposed to hold canned goods without any structure? I had to add plywood into the backs. this was supposed to be a time saver. wasn't. Face frames are warped, makes aligning fronts very tough. 2 face frames had 1/4" gap at one joint.

I chose to order these online through THD and picked up in store. They were ready for me on a rolling cart already. I also bought two 3" spacers to fill in the space I have in my laundry room. Mounting hardware is not included, so I bought cabinet mounting screws. http://www.homedepot.com/p/GRK-Fasteners-8-in-x-3-1-8-in-Low-Profile-Washer-Head-Cabinet-Screw-50-per-Pack-114083/203556498 These are good for utility spaces...laundry rooms, utility closets, garages. I don't think I would ever expect to see these in a kitchen. Maybe a basement bar, at the most. They're cheap, don't expect super high quality. But they're great for the cost and for what I need them for. Only one minor issue. The cabinets come with 2 shelves, but there were only enough shelf pegs for 1 shelf. I don't know if this was intended, or an oversight (though both cabinets?!). I'm sure if I called, they would send me the missing pegs, but we ended up only wanting 1 shelf per cabinet anyway. If it was important to me, I might knock off one star. But it's not, so 5 stars from me!

When I went to purchase the cabinet I had to dig through several and ended up going to another location because they all had damage and a few were delaminated, probably a bad batch. At the next location all of them were of excellent quality. I used these cabinets to build a second kitchen in my entertainment room. No complaints.

The cabinets don't look bad but the construction is shoddy. 2 of the first 5 cabinets we received were defective even though the boxes were undamaged. And they were too far gone for us to simply do onsite repairs ourselves. When we brought them back to the store for replacement, the Home Depot employees had to go through three more boxes before we could find ones that were usable. Still had defects, mind you. Just small enough defects that we could work around them. Now that we've hung them we can tell you that the cabinets were not square (they were more like parallelograms) and had to be hung at various angles to get the front edges to line up as if they were level. And there is no wooden strip along the back or top for support so there's nothing holding these to the wall except for however many screws you sink into studs. Well, even though I have faith that the screws won't come out of the studs, I have no faith that the screws themselves won't rip right through the cheap pressboard they're stuck in so we've added giant washers around the screwheads to spread out the support but even then the fronts and sides of the cabinets (also being pressboard) could rip apart at any time if we added much weight to these cabinets. All in all, I would not recommend beyond light duty in a laundry room of a rental property.

They look good are solid but could be handled and packed better at the factory. We found some minor nicks in the edges of the cabinets around the edge of the front of the cabinet frame inside the undamaged packaging but not enough to stop our DIY project. It could have been better handled and inspected. One cabinet lacked the inspection stamp and tags the other one had. I couldn't find any inspection proof on it whatsoever. That said it they were both fine and well worth the price paid.

I purchased 3 cabinets to go over the toilets in my house. Two of the three had a small defect on the front of the cabinet (small lump) but cabinets were too heavy for me to think about bringing them back. Also, would be nice if they included appropriate screws for the cabinets. I have previously bought several of the same cabinets without defects. Overall a great product.

The cabinet that I received had staples protruding through the back panel, the front frame fixing screws were loose, and there was a large gap between the left side panel and the frame where the joint had not been properly made. I probably picked up a bad one but with the joints exposed I could see how poorly these are constructed. Poor quality even by Home Depot standards.

I got them at a reduced sale price, and since they will be used in a utility area, I will keep them...but will NOT reorder, nor recommend.
