Assembled 21x34.5x24 in. Shaker Base Cabinet with Ball-Bearing Drawer Glides in Java is rated 3.1 out of 5 by 15.

Seriously, if you’re even thinking about purchasing cabinets made by Hampton Bay, save yourself some headache by just lighting a few dozen hundred dollar bills on fire, and go dumpster diving for some cabinets that are getting torn out of a renovation. Odds are that they’ll have less damage than a new Hampton Bay cabinet upon delivery, and you’ll spend less time digging around for the reclaimed ones than you will dealing with Home Depot and Hampton Bay on getting replacements… which will inevitably also be damaged, then the third time they send them out they’ll also be damaged… I’m now 2 months delayed on getting our kitchen finished because of these jokers, and they still haven’t been able to deliver my order without significant structural damage. I don’t mean little cosmetic nicks and dings… I mean panels cracked all the way through, corners that are completely obliterated, massive chunks out of the sides… you get the idea. I wish they’d let me post pictures of how these looked upon arrival… a complete disgrace. How this company is in this business is beyond me, as they've completely incompetent at actually delivering a cabinet without damage. I’m now over 2 months past when they were originally supposed to arrive, and only have about 80% of the cabinets in good shape, 25% of the doors/drawers in good shape, and 50% of the trim in “good” shape (had to lower standards greatly to get that figure above zero). I will NEVER spend another penny on a Hampton Bay product of any kind. If I could take just a $1,000 (or even $2k) hit and go back and choose another cabinet maker, I would do so in a heartbeat. Choosing these ridiculously poor cabinets has already cost me FAR more in headache, delays, and wasted time going through and documenting all the damage for these clowns.

I needed a base for a sink & called back with doubts that I had correct base since it had “drawer slides”. Was told all was good. It was the wrong one!!! We took out the glides for the sink to fit. Also, one cabinet was broken in back

I know these are budget cabinets, but that doesn't mean every single one should have scratches, gouges, flaws in the stain. I was very disappointed in the quality of the finish of these cabinets. I'll be returning them all.
