Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mike Problems with coating
Visually appealing but disappointed with quality. Cons: Out of the box, 1 arm was bent...it was apparent this was manufactured this way, not damaged in shipping. Three arm pieces came out of the box with coating issues ...had bare metal and have already started to rust. Worked through manufacturer's customer support team. While they were helpful, the replacement parts sent ALSO had coating issues. I've again asked for replacement parts (for the replacement parts).

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by TBT "Rust Resistant"?!? ...I don't think soooo!!
I fell in love with the set when we first saw it in the store and after sitting in the rocking sling chairs,
we were "sold" and purchased the set as soon as we could.
Although I've remained pleased with the comfort of the chairs,
(especially pleasing since I have chronic pain problems with my back and legs),
we have become far less than pleased with the amount of rust that has appeared.
We've had the set less than two years and rust is severe in areas on several chairs!
Upon closer examination, slight rust can be found in almost all areas of the set- chairs & table included.
We live in Florida, not on the beach and our set has always been located on our covered lanai.
This set definitely should not be advertised as "rust-resistant".

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by BigRed The bottom line is we like the product, but you have to do a better job of packing it up for shipment.
I've only been able to use this set for a little while due to poor packing of the table frame which resulted in the a replacement table frame being sent to me. Unfortunately, the second table frame was also received damage.
I was very happy with the quality of this patio set. The six chairs went together easily and are very comfortable. Before realizing that the first table frame was damaged, I assemble the complete table. I encountered some difficulty attaching the legs as you have to apply some pressure on then when attaching the leg support brace. It definitely is a two man job.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by sharonanne It Rusts terribly!!
I would not recommend it if you live by the ocean or in a highly humidity area. I live in Hawaii and the whole set turned to rust in less than one year.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Jim High level of on-going maintenance required
This set has a design flaw that could cause you some annual paint touch-up. I bought the set in store a year ago, and am using it on a screened porch. The table top is a gridwork of painted steel with square spaces into which common floor tiles are set. The grid intersections are welded, and a significant amount of weld spatter was not ground down smooth before it was painted. As a result, the natural slight movement of the tiles in their grid spaces rubs off the paint on those spatters, and the sharp corners of the tiles dig into the corners of the grid, resulting in rust spots that need to be sanded and touched up. Be sure if you buy this to contact Home Depot and get a container of touchup paint. I got a small brush-in-bottle container full, but am now going to order a pint which should last a few years.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Olivia Assembly is a nightmare with a hex wrench
I have arthritis in my hands. If I'd known the bolts were put in place with a hex wrench I wouldn't have bought it. The first chair took 45 minutes to put together. The first bolt stripped out and then I couldn't remove it. I may go out and buy standard bolts and put the rest together with my power screwdriver. The holes aren't evenly drilled, making use of the cheap hex wrenches even harder. I will probably hate this set once I get it put together, but I got it in the store for $299 and hate to take it back after putting 2 chairs together. Please consider your customers'd different abilities when designing furniture for home assembly.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by eduardo Assembly is cumbersome
This is a nice looking and comfortable patio set and at a good price on sale. Two problems with it.
1-it is cumbersome to assemble due to the hex head screws and the poor quality tool provided.
2-two of the chairs in my set were bent from damage in shipping, although the box did not show any damage. Took them back to the store and they exchanged with two from the display set.
Overall a good set.
