Answer:
The tiles are just slightly smaller than a 12x12" tile you can buy at the store. We bought several and even measured at the store but NONE of them will fit. You must grind them down and our has 14 tiles! Definitely not an easy task and not sure it was worth the table - highly recommend purchasing a different style..

12" tiles bought as replacement do not fit, are a tad (tiny tad) too large. Bought 2 different kinds, different shades from Home Depot and none fit, had to return.

Answer:
I had hope of replacing the tiles with a different color. It seems the original tiles are slightly smaller than 12x12 so they'll fit properly in the individual metal frames. I'll need to grind down any of the tiles I purchase to custom fit this table. Definitely not as easy as I had hoped.

Answer:
We had several tiles broken by recent hail. I read these posts stating that any standard 12" tile will fit. I bought a bunch of tiles and they were just a few millimeters too big. Had to take them back.

Answer:
I believe 12x12. Yes, any tile store would sell tiles the same size. Might be hard to match the look of the existing one, but you could always buy all new ones and change the look of the table completely.

Can you leave it outside the whole time? I saw one reviewer said it has to be moved inside for every rain. Then it is not patio furniture at all.

Yes it is weather resistant. Rain will make it wet but won't hurt it. We purchased it to be in our Laina and it is subject to the elements in the SW Florida sun. Ours has been rained on several times with no ill effects.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best purchase of the year I tried to order this same table through Kohls and had terrible luck. I ended up ordering the table through Home Depot and had it shipped to the store. That was by far the easiest thing I have ever done. The ordering process was simple. The picking up process was extremely easy as well. Table assembly was a little difficult with just one person but that is to be expected. July 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Bridal Shower Gift Table looks great, was easy to assemble and was well packed. Was afraid there would be chipped or damaged tiles but every tile had styrofoam on the corners. Very pleased with this purchase July 15, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Attractive and substantial Great looking table, with tile surface. Good for hot foods. Comfortably seats six. Directions say to keep it out of weather, not possible for us. Probably will remove tiles and cover for winter. Box too large for car, and weighs 95 pounds. July 5, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by double charged ordered table saw it was on sale cancelled order and ordered full set chairs and table, picked up order and assembled, threading and hole alignment way off, screw quality very cheap and soft. bill came in and was charged for original cancelled table and whole set. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sturdy table This table is sturdy only problem is adjusting the table legs. It may be my deck but i had to adjust the height higher on one side then the other June 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice patio table The table was easy to assemble. It is heavy and should be stable from the wind. The umbrella that we have fits in nicely. Recently served guests at the table and there was plenty of room for serving dishes. So far, so good. June 21, 2016
