Really like the furniture. Sturdy, well-built and easy to put together. We originally bought just the five piece set but added and extra middle seat to make it a little larger. Also fit our space better. Best part was the customer service. The extra middle seat we ordered was damaged during shipping, something puntured the box and cut a few pieces of the wicker. I called the number provided and they were very helpful and courteous and contacted the manufacturer, who subsequently contacted me to ensure they were sending the correct part and I had it in a few days. Excellent customer service.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Patio123 Quality not good/ arrived damaged.
The quality of the furniture...like everything else it seems these days, has declined. I have the same version that I purchased many years ago which is much more substantial and sturdier. The pillows are flimsy and have seen more durable materials used for indoor pillows. That said, the box came with a damaged seat so that we could only put together 3/4 of the patio seating. We called Home Depot immediately and was told that the Hampton company would get back to me directly for a new part in 2 business days. That was over a week ago. I have followed up with 2 calls to Home Depot and left messages and my calls have not been returned. The only thing that arrived as planned and on time is my bill statement.
How far do you think I could I get away with paying my bill a week later or not at all?

I love this furniture, the only thing I would like to be different would be that the cushion covers were a little heavier quality.

I can review only regarding assembly and final product. Have only had the set for one week. Easy to assemble with a ratchet- no so easy with tools supplied. It was all very easy to put together with the exception of the corner seat but got it eventually. Very happy with final product. Bought the Sunbrella slipcovers.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Tfp913 Fabric does not hold its color
This piece has literally only been outside for 3 months & the cushions are completely sun bleached. For an outside set the fabric should hold it's color for a few years at the very least.

We are not good at putting things together so I was hesitant to order. Once we matched A, B, C it was a breeze to put together. This sectional offers, comfort, quality, and value. Gives a resort feel to my screened porch. Cushions are not a true red. Color matches perfectly with BEHR Red Pepper Interior/Exterior Paint TesterModel # UL120-22 Internet # 202180259. Will cover the 3 small toss pillows included with set to match my sea shell theme. I would not want this sectional without the extra chair which I consider a must have. Definitely worth every penny we paid to ship the chair. We will enjoy this set for many years.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Scott Great couch, terrible cushion covers
My wife and I purchased the 5 piece Beverly with Cardinal cushions in 2014 and also ordered a second center section to make the couch equally as long on both sides. We love the couch, and the cushions are comfortable, but the "olefin" cushion cover material is absolute garbage. The couch is located on our covered patio at our home in Arizona. It is partially shaded for the entire day, and no portion of the couch receives direct sunlight for more than a couple of hours during the day. Also, it almost never rains here. We usually stack all the cushions up when we aren't using the couch. Not always, but usually. Basically, the couch has very little exposure to the elements. Also, we have no kids or pets, so the couch sees light traffic.
The couch itself has held up great. No fading of the wicker material whatsoever. Also, the cushion filler has held up great. It has not flattened out at all or lost any of it's cushioning ability.
All of the bottom and back cushions, however, began to fade within a few months of purchasing the couch. We removed the covers once and laundered them gently in the hopes they just appeared faded due to dust, pollen, etc, but washing them did not restore any of the color. So we lived with the fade.
We are now going into our 3rd summer with the couch and at this point most of the bottom and rear cushion covers are actually becoming threadbare in several places. They now appear tattered as if they would fall apart if we tried to launder them again. It's absurd how quickly the cushion covers have become trash, especially with such little use and little exposure to the elements.
If the cushion covers were more durable, I would give this couch 5 stars. It was easy to assemble in a few hours and has held up sturdily for more than 2 years. But I can't recommend anyone spend $1000 on it when the cushion covers (which will cost me $435+tax to replace) have worn so badly in such a short period of time. In comparison, I have an outdoor ottoman which is perhaps 6 or 7 years old and sees sun all day long, every day, and the cushion cover (different brand) on it has not faded noticeably or become tattered even a little bit.
