Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Joe78039 An inexpensive way to add some flair to a lawn
I did not expect a high quality product for the price, but was surprised in that the quality was better than I expected. Assembly was very simple as was the installation (it is not tough to push a stake into the ground). The lights look great. They do not provide a lot of light but are great for accenting plants or defining a border. The only problem I have had with the lights is when it rains they tend to go out. Removing the top, shaking out the condensation and drying the battery brings the light back to life.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ZepolCire Good lights, warm color, not super bright.
I bought these today and set them up in less than 5 mins. The led color is exactly what I was looking for. It is a warm white and not super bright. The one thing I didn't like was star shape of the light due to the scalloped glass. So I cut out a cone of wax paper and put it in. This makes the light softer and seems to spread out better. They turned on around 7 and so far have been running for 3 hours.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Leo Cheap - didnt make it home before self-destructing
Tried one to see how it would do before committing to the set. But, this light didn't even make it home before self-destructing. The small power wire broke off the little circuit board inside. Great (and tempting) price point, but ridiculously cheap construction. I suggest you look elsewhere for something that will last more than 10 minutes or 10 miles from the store.

I bought these little solar lights to illuminate the pathway to an outdoor studio that sits at the back of the yard.
These are not the sole source of light, I also have motion sensor lights right as you enter the yard, but I wanted these to supplement that and light the path more clearly.
They took maybe 1 minute a piece to put together and install (You clip 3 pieces together and stab them in the ground). It couldn't be easier AND they come with batteries so they're ready to go. They work well too (as long as they get enough light during the day).
I was a little caught off guard by the light pattern- it resembles a star and you kind of feel like you're going to a movie premier, but hey it adds a little fun.
Let's be clear: You will not be finding any lost items (that aren't close to the light) or illuminating large swaths of land but you WILL light a clear path/prevent people from tripping which is (in my case) all I needed.

I enjoy the solar lights in my garden. The night time glow is pleasing as i look out on my patio garden area. My concern is how long will the batteries last. The cost of the right type of battery for the lights is a concern to me at $7.99 at Home Depot for 4 batteries.

I got these when they were on sale to replace a bunch of broken solar lights from the previous owner. At $2/light it seemed like a good deal. They are easy to put together just three pieces, but the plastic is very cheap. I cracked two of the stalks just trying to adjust the lights to stand up a little straight, and even the stakes that go in the ground are cheap, I snapped one in half just trying to pull it out to adjust it. Be careful when sinking these in the ground, and I'm not confident that a strong gust of wind won't knock them over and break them into pieces. They will easily get knocked over from children or a garden hose. At $3/each it's probably a waste, at $2/each they are questionable. They do look nice however once installed and provide a nice mood lighting to the walkway.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Deanna524 best solar path lights yet
I was about to give up on having solar path lights, I dont use them as path lights, but rather in my backyard in various spots and in planters to add some soft light and atmosphere. These are by far the best ones I've had, I had previously bought and returned multiple brands/sets. Even though I get plenty of sun, in the past sets have been dim (if they worked at all), and inconsistent and flaky, sometimes they would come on and other times they would not. These are perfect and are keepers for sure!
Not only do they come on as soon as it is dark, they are bright and the light is WHITE not amber or blueish.
I love these and will be going to my local store to buy a few more sets this weekend!
