Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by jbb49 I love this set!
Although still winter, I decided to put this set together and use it in my family room while I wait for my new furniture to arrive. I must say, it looks awesome! The set took me right at two hours to put together, and that is because I used a wrench rather than a socket wrench. The instructions were very easy to follow, and everything went together very easily. I also love the fact that this is made of steel as opposed to aluminum. It is sturdy which is important. The deep cushions make it very comfortable to sit on for long periods of time. We are using it in our family room, so it is being used regularly and for extended periods of time.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by BrianD Looks great on screen, poor quality control
When I purchased this seating set, I purchased it due to how it looked, price, and the materials it was made of. For the most part, I am satisfied with the patio set, but I did have some major issues with attempting to put this set together. The main problem I had was missing drill holes or drilled holes were in the wrong place. Since I am somewhat technically inclined, I was able to purchase some nuts and bolts, and make new drill holes. The quality control of this item is very poor, and the reason why I gave my rating. Purchasers should be aware of the quality control short comings. Unfortunately, we purchase items made in China because of cost, but in this case, you get what you pay for.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by BilltheEngineer Comfortable and surprisingly sturdy
Received these the other day and got them put together. Assembly was pretty simple, easy to do with one person, but two would help a little. The wrench that comes with hardware is a joke and would have driven my nuts if I have to use it. I used a nut driver in a drill and a ratcheting wrench and that made tightening the hardware much easier and faster. I would happily pay a few more bucks for a decent wrench.
There are not to many fasteners holding the furniture together and I was worried that would feel flimsy, but after tightening all the hardware that are sturdy. I am 6'2" and 260 lbs and they chairs hold be easily and I don't feel like I have to be careful siting down. Tightening some of the fasteners I could see the metal bending and I can't say any of the fasteners felt like they got really tight. I don't think any of the threads got stripped, but if you are not careful I am sure you could pretty easily. I guess that is one of the downsides to aluminum furniture. The table did not seem to have this issue, all the hardware on it felt like it tightened nicely.
Overall the fit and finish is nice, the metal has a wood grain look to it. The fabric on the cushions has a nice feel and feel durable. Only time will tell how it holds up outside, right now its in my den and its snowing so it will be a while before it sees the outdoors.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by JMJP55 A few loose screws!!
If it was not for the fact that the pieces did not exactly fit together as they should, you would have had a better rating.
I have 3 bolts that WILL IN NO WAY fit into the designated holes.
1 chair is missing a bolt in the back, will not cause a problem.
2 bolts are missing on the love seat back, should not cause a problem.
Quality control is questionable on the set that I received.
The designated coding of the nuts and bolts package were confusing, not intuitive.
I have put together a LOT of furniture over the past year, and this by far was the worst. All the others were very easy, fit together correctly, and very intuitive.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by EmilyfromMN Stay Away From This Set!
Holes in the frame, discolored paint after only 90 days. The paint actually wipes off. Was told by manufacture that basically it's not meant for the outdoors. Fooled me as it looks like outdoor patio furniture to me. Seems to be marketed that way. No help from HD or the manufacture. Save your money and buy some place else and buy a better brand!!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by RednexToyz Stylish & Durable
Stylish & durable. Product arrived well packaged. Clear, easy to use instructions & tools included to assemble the product. Nice woven design. Durable metal construction with a powder coated finish which should withstand outdoor conditions from winter to summer! Cushions are comfortable & appear to be durable enough to last many seasons. I prefer to store the cushions indoors when not in use to prolong their life, however. The chairs have a sturdy feel.
Arrived in a single box that easily fit in the back of a compact pickup. Should fit in the back of a mini van or SUV as well. Assembly is required and will take a couple hours with the tools provided.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MamaMav Beautiful but challenging to put together
I love the look and general quality of this set. But each piece had at least one hole that did not line up with the adjacent hole, so I could not connect the screw at any of those locations.
I also ordered two extra matching chairs. In that set, for both chairs, two sets of holes each did not line up, which would have meant I could not put the chairs together at all. But a friend suggested taking the frame apart and starting with those two holes (they are the two that connect the back of the chair to the base). With much effort, I could line up the holes enough to at least get the screws in, but because of still having a slight angle, one screw did not screw all the way in, and the other screw did tighten to the end, but still kept turning! So I do not feel very secure about these two additional chairs.
Also, with the two additional chairs, it was different screws than the original set. The original set came with an Allen wrench that was easy to use, but the additional two chairs came with a wrench that looks like a claw, and was very difficult to line up each time before turning it.
All this being said, the result-- the look the comfort and even the quality of the materials-- was great. It was the lack of calibration of many of the holes that almost forced me to have to take the last two pieces back to Home Depot.
