Answer:
It doesn't look like it. It came with a mount and stem. The minimum drop seems to be about 6 inches before the motor housing adds another 6 inches before the fan blades. Add another foot for the light fixtures.

Hi Matt, this can not be flush mounted to the ceiling. You can get real close. Take a look on the web product page, installation guide page 7.

Customer Reviews

Campbell 52 in. Matte White Ceiling Fan with Remote-DISCONTINUED is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 17.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value and easy to install I recently bought 4 of these (3 in matte white and one in brushed nickel). Three were replacements of older ceiling fans with annoying hums, and one was to replace a plain ceiling light. The two features I found the most useful during installation were the pre-installed screws in the blade brackets (which meant I did not have to climb up and down the ladder repeatedly after dropping screws during installation) and the slide-on mounting bracket (it turns out I had two non-standard electrical ceiling boxes - I originally wanted to move an existing ceiling fan but could not due to the fact that its mounting bracket could not be attached to the non-standard ceiling box). I only gave a Good rating on Quality due to one of the units in Matte White. First, it came with a different remote than what was pictured on the box (ultimately it worked just as well, but from the labels on it, it looks like it was made in 2004 when the fans were made in 2013) and secondly, the screws that attached the canopy to the mounting bracket (2 sets of 2 screws each) were not set exactly 180 degrees from each other (the other three units had screws that were exactly 180 degrees offset), so when I first tried to attach the canopy to the mounting bracket, the other side screw holes did not align - I had to move the canopy a half turn to align the screws and the holes properly. The one feature I do not like are the candelabra base light bulbs. However since that is a mandate from the Dept of Energy, I can't fault the manufacturer for them. Since I don't care for the dimming feature, I would have preferred a remote that had a setting for using CFLs (the Hampton Bay remotes that they sell separately have this setting) - I bought candelabra base CFLs to replace the incandescents that come in the package, but some brands give off a loud hum when I tried to use them on this unit - they did not give off a hum when used it on lights without a remote - I am assuming it has something to do with the dimming feature. However, overall, not only was it easy to assemble and install (it took less time to put these up than taking down the older ceiling fans), it was a great value since it included both a light kit and remote.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quiet fan but don't like remote feature I had two of these fans installed in bedrooms. I chose this fan because of the size of the blades. I made the mistake of not looking at the bulb size (requires candelabra style bulbs) and that it only runs on a remote (no pull chains). I don't like the remote feature in that you can turn the light on or off but not dim. Then, if you turn the wall switch off, you can't turn the light or the fan on; the wall switch must remain on. Now, I ask you; how many of you can leave a room and NOT turn the light switch off?! I know I'm picking at the little stuff so, what I like about it is that it is quiet and nice looking. Also, since I had these installed by an electrician, I don't have wobble issues. I just wish that I had more options than the remote only.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this ceiling fan! It's quiet and has a light dimmer, which is excellent for reading. I would recommend this fan to anyone looking to spend reasonable money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice quiet fan with remote Nice quiet fan, light kit, remote control, bulbs and battery included, easy to install. If you can change a light fixture you can install this fan. I recommend a cordless screwdriver with a long bit. Well designed for ease of installation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this fan and the price; easy to install I (female -55 year young) did it myself. Having the remote right by my bedside is perfect.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks good but has very lousy air flow I have several Hampton Bay fans in my house and this one by far has the worst air flow. You have to be alomost directly under the fan to feel any air moving. I'll be taking this one back and getting a better fan.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissapointing I am now on number three of the Campbell fan. All three of them had issues. the first, the blades were warped so I had to go back and get new blades. The second worked well for a couple weeks, then started to tick intermittently (bearings were going bad) Just picked up the third and it wobbles. I have triple checked all screws, bolts etc. How can a machine manufactured item be so horrible?!. I am never purchasing Hampton Bay brand again. Save yourself the hassle and frustration.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great looking, inexpensive ceiling fan Pros: Fan is great looking and matches well with a flat white painted ceiling. Comes with remote with 3 speed fan, dimmable lights and reversible fan direction. Cons: Comes with 3 poor quality candelabra candle bulbs. I bought 5 of these fans for my house and had 4 bulbs burn out in the first 2 months. Took bulbs back to Home depot and they replaced them. Overall: Great ceiling fan for a clean simple look moderate installation.
