I hanging them on my covered deck over past 3 months. because it says indoor/outdoor used. but it all get mold within 3 months. I can not return to store because their 90 days return policy. it waste my $200 to get the shade which is unhealty and dirty. I put the down and throw them in trash. The mold get everywhere on the shade. i did not roll them up but still get mold. not recommended for outdoor use even if is covered area.

I love the color was good and I liked the feel and weight of the shade. Install was easy. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because when I raise them or lower them, the latch doesn't catch both strings and it causes them to become lopsided.

First I want to note the store customer service rep tried to convince me to order online from home because "she only knew how to place custom orders"...REALLY??? Of course I refused and expressed that did not make ANY sense WHAT SO EVER and if she preferred we could "switch seats" so I can show her how "regular" online orders are placed. At that point, she said she'd try and there by the grace of god she was able to place the order! Had to wait 8 days to receive the items and then was disappointed when the locking mechanisms did not work properly. One blind locks after several attempts and the other doesn't lock at all. It has to be tied to the window lock to hold different positions. This was very frustrating because these were actually the 2nd set of blinds that were ordered. The 1st ones were a different style HOWEVER the delivered items were NOT the same color that was on display in the store. I've no idea what's going on with Home Depot but the knowledge of some of the in-store customer service reps is very poor to say the least. Both orders were placed at different stores. Their reps need MORE training before they are put on the floor to assist customers. I will say the blinds were easy to install. Unfortunately since the locking mechanisms do not work properly an easy install means nothing since I'll need to take them down to return to the store...double work. Overall, extremely disappointed. Will return them as soon as I have a chance.

This is a classy product, and performs exactly as you should expect it would. Easy to install, easy to use, easy on the eyes. Great job!

i did not use the shades,i returned them not that there was anything wrong,i just ended up doing something else. but they did look great. thanks jw

I like the shades fine but I ordered 30". The packaging says 30" but they actually measure 29 1/2". I would warn people to order a half size larger when considering these.

2 of the shades do not always stay open, i bought 1 small shade that works fine but the 36 inch always starts to fall down, it is quite a pain
