First, an important detail thats not mentioned in the description that I feel is very important – once assembled, you’ll need to allow 8 feet from the corner each way (each side of the sectional isn’t 8 feet, but since the curve doesn’t allow it to extend all the way into the corner, it effectively occupies 8 feet in each direction).
First impression - packaging of this product was extremely well done – everything was very well protected and they made the most of every inch of space in the box.
Now, about the assembly of this piece: the assembly guide estimates that it will take 2 people about 45 minutes to assemble. Well, I would like to shake the hand of the 2 individuals who put this thing together in 45 minutes – my hat’s off to you. While assembly wasn’t THAT bad, it was definitely a more lengthy experience than indicated. It took two pretty handy people 2.5 hours to fully assemble this piece of furniture, a good 30 minutes of which was spent just trying to remove all the pieces from their protective cardboard and plastic packaging (again - very well protected in transit, but perhaps taping the bubble wrap down on each piece is a bit of an overkill?). The hardware was very neatly assembled & the directions were excellent. However, a few of the pre-drilled holes didn’t line up perfectly & we really had to push and bend to get a couple of them through. I definitely recommend waiting until you have all the screws through any given piece to start tightening any of them.
Now, onto the one and only major design flaw: the whole thing is assembled with an (included) allen key, something which the manufacturer didn’t take into consideration in the slightest when placing the pre-drilled holes. By moving most of the holes 1 inch to the left or right, the customer would be able to use a ratcheting tool, or at the very least, make a full rotation with the allen key. But alas, as it’s made, there are VERY few places where you can actually make a full rotation, obviously increasing both the assembly time and everyone’s frustration level.
However, while I think it’s important to note just so you know what you’re signing up for, don’t let that design flaw scare you off from this product – you only have to put it together once, but you get to enjoy it for years. It looks great assembled – the cushions are a really nice orangey-brown & the bronze finish is very attractive, the product photos don’t quite do the finish justice - it’s very sturdy & is actually VERY comfortable. You never know about outdoor cushions, but I was very pleasantly surprised by how comfortable these were. I was also a little concerned about the “weather resistant fabric”, but I intentionally poured a glass of water on it, just to see how it would do, and water simply beaded up and rolled off. This is definitely a high quality piece that will hold up for a long time.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by smchange01 Pieces need a little more wiggle room for easier assembly
The set arrived today and my son and I began the unpacking and assembly. All of the parts were clearly labeled and the cushions look great and all were wrapped in several layers of plastic and bubble wrap. The instruction were easily followed and the assembly went fairly well for the majority of the project. Problems occurred during the final assembly as there wasn't enough wiggle room to get all of the parts together just right. I was able to use a hex driver for most of the assembly after using the little allen wrench to start each of the screws. Might be better if the screws had a hex head that could be turned with a socket wrench as well as the hex driver. Final assembly with a larger allen wrench might have been easier.
The little plastic caps that go over the nuts and screw heads seem like a good idea, but they were dropped easily and one was lost. An extra piece of each of the hardware pieces would have been very appreciated. Also, It might be a good idea to have some sort of ties on the cushions so they stay in place during windy days.
After the assembly we were very pleased with the quality and sturdiness of the corner unit. When the cushions and pillows were placed it looks fantastic.
Now, would I buy another unit of the same set? Heck yes. I am looking forward to a great summertime leasure area now that the unit is set up. It looks great, it feels comfortable, and my sister and son both think it is higher quality than they expected when it first arrived.

So nice, it's like a living room outside. Had so much trouble putting this thing together. We spent 3 hours trying to get the curved part together. Horrible! Our contractor finally got it together after much frustration.

Nice deep orange color for cushions, seem to hold up to the weather so far and dry fast. Hard ware looks nice. Had a party over Memorial Day and easily fit 6 people.

Very pleased with this set. Would have given it 5 stars except for few minor points... The seat back cushions have no tie downs and blow over when windy. The assembly took much longer than the 45 minute estimate (unpacking took 45 minutes!) It was difficult to reach all of the screws to tighten them with the supplied wrenches.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by CFurney Such a lovely sectional!
We were very excited about grabbing this on sale during the memorial day sale HD had. I read a lot of the reviews, so I felt like we were prepared on what to expect putting it together. Not tightening all the screws until the very end was crucial. Otherwise you will be in for a huge headache. It took my husband and I no more then an hour and a half to put together. We didnt put the coffee table together yet though. I wish there was a cover for this couch to protect it from the elements so Im not sure what we will use for that. But overall we love this, its very comfortable and we enjoy sitting out on the deck in the evening reading a book or just talking. It definitely fits 5 people comfortably, although i lay on one end and my husband lays on the other and our 3 yr old sits in the middle :-)

My sunroom has been empty for a year while I have been shopping around for the perfect sectional. My husband and I are very tall and have been looking specifically for a "deep seating" set to ensure it was large enough to be comfortable. This set isn't described as "deep seating" but looked pretty large. We took a risk based on the price and are beyond pleased. You can't beat the value of this set compared to other sectionals from Home Depot and other retailers.
The nutmeg color would not have been my first choice based on the image online, but it looks GREAT out on my porch and gives us flexibility to add color with a rug and other accents that we can change out over the lifetime of this set.
I do agree with other reviewers that this took way longer than 45 minutes to assemble. Additionally, we had to use some muscle to align the backs on the corner and side pieces. It was manageable and not a big deal.

My husband loves this couch. We have a very large deck and we also have a couple of the side chairs to use with the couch. We got it this week and assembled it today. 2 lessons learned. 1. Get an alan driver for the power scredrive or ratchet driver to save your hands. 2. Assemble the total unit WITHOUT tightening the screws. Only partially tighten the screws as you go. Insert just enough to hold it together. It will leave some wiggle room to get the pieces aligned. After getting it all assembled it only takes a few minutes to come back and tighten all the screws. Using this mehtod, we didn't have any issues putting the unit together.
