Why this Ceiling Fan does not move any air?

After having this ceiling fan installed, we notice that is not moving any air. We checked the direction of the rotation. The issue is with 1 of the blade support (The inclination that is has). I can't believe HomeDepot is selling this. I bought 3 fans last week, but this one really does not work
Asked by: Matt
the fan moves air fine but if you did not measure a 44 inch fan for the space then you may have issue. Height and size have a lot to do with it. Or maybe you found the only one that had an issue? good luck
