As this was my first time hanging a fan - and on a ten foot ladder - I was pleased when I finished and turned the power back on. Sweet success! Very quiet and stable fan and good lighting. Some instructions were hard to find, especially attaching a longer down rod. I found those written on a tiny piece of paper inside an included bag of connectors. I expected that to be included somewhere in the assembly pamphlet. But it works just as hoped, which is all I want!

It took about thirty minutes to install. The directions were all correct. The pieces all fit together perfectly. I was a little afraid of those small light bulbs, but I believe they put out as much light as the three regular 60 watt bulbs. My wife likes it because it is all white and does not make any noise. I do recommend this fan for a small kitchen.

We used this product for a customer that just wanted a hugger surface mount style fan /light combo and still have money to pay for the installation. It fit her needs well at around 49.95 plus tax. The store had plenty in stock and it very easy to assemble. I highly this product for someone looking for simple style and on a budget!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fan; great value; easy installation I bought a similar type and similarly priced fan about 6 years ago by Harbor Breeze that was somewhat difficult to install and seems a little cheaply made. So I was a little leery of this fan, but I enthusiastically recommend it. We will buy another for our third bedroom shortly. I've got average do-it-yourself skills (can install a screen door with a lot of time, but entry door is beyond my skills), and this was plain easy. The only difficulty I had was getting the light kit wiring into the housing, but I got it in there after a few minutes and attempts. There is no wobble on the highest fan setting. Only con is there are a couple small blemishes on the motor cover, but you wouldn't notice it unless you are taking a long look at the fan.
