The light gives this beautiful glow to our home. Its simply beautiful!
I had bought the small size, but it was way to small so i exchanged it for the large size.
it was a hassle installing the lights. the screws that come with the light does not fit in the hole of the lantern. you either have to buy smaller screw nails or shove that nail right in the tight hole. We had to exchange it because the nails that came with the light did not fit in the hole. Other then that its perfect.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by nick Looks great and puts out a lot of light, but.....
Looks great and worked well for just over a year before the LEDs went bad. Of course you can't replace them so its trash now. $70 for 1 year, not worth it.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Brian Great looking light - very dissappointed in quality
I purchased this product for our new home a little less than two years ago. Two lights for the front door and another two for the garage. I spent the extra money to get the LED versions, thinking that they would last much longer and use less energy. Installation was easy and the lights looked great! Fast forward to 1.5 years later and two of the lights have already broken. The issue is tied to the small LED power box in each of the lights. This box dies way before you blow any of the LED bulbs. I know this because I had to buy a new replacement light and took the new box out of the new light and installed it in the old light and it worked great. Unfortunately home depot refused to replace any of them under warranty because I paid cash for these and could not locate the receipt. Even though these are only available at Home Depot stores, they still said I was out of luck on getting a warranty replacement. So basically I am stuck either buying 4 new styles of lights, or continuing to replace these ones as they go out. So be sure to look elsewhere for these lights, or at least keep your receipt for when they do die and you need to replace them under warranty.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mike No way to replace bulbs when not functioning.
They look nice, and its mildly interesting that you don't see a bulb, but the problem is that while the LED bulb itself may have some really long lifespan, the actual electronics are prone to failure. Thus if they do burn out, you need completely new fixtures because the manufacturer doesn't even have a way to buy a replacement set of LEDs for the lamps.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by TheDan Great light, until the LED's burn out
I loved this light, until the LED's started to burn out. Can't replace them. Have to replace the entire light. This is typical of LED's. Make wild claims about how long they will last (in this case it was something like 22 years) and then the lights burn out in less than three. Get lamps with normal sockets and use LED bulbs. Easy to replace.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by VeeDubTDI A solid 4 stars - beautiful looks
I've been eyeing these lights in the store for a while and finally decided to get one as an xmas present for mom and dad.
This fixture replaced a 27w CFL wall pack with a hideously UV faded lens. It wasn't idea for the installation since it was a bit on the bright side and it had very poor light control - emitting most of the light straight out, blinding you as you walk up and lighting up the sky and trees for no reason.
Installation was straight forward and we had the light installed in under 20 minutes. The screws that hold the top of the fixture (cap) onto the main body are very poor quality - the threads will strip *easily*... be careful. Otherwise the fixture seems to be decently made, although I'd rather pay a bit more and have it made in the USA and out of better materials (yes, I know the two aren't mutually exclusive).
All lit up the fixture is great. It makes a speckled-light pattern on the ground from the cracked glass that is very pleasing, like light sifting through the trees. The fixture produces zero glare as you approach because the LEDs are in the top of the fixture focused down. Very little light ends up going up into the sky - only what is refracted by the cracked glass. The light output is only the equivalent of about 40 incandescent watts, but the light is where you need it instead of up in the sky.
I intend to buy at least two more of these in the near future - both will be replacing 13w CFL jelly jars.
- Nice looks
- Low wattage & energy efficient
- Great color temperature
- Instant on
- No day/night sensor
- Made in China
- Cheap materials (Made in China)

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Priscilla Beautiful fixture and light!
Very pleased with this light purchase, surprised my family with this fixture and everyone loves it! Very cool how I'll never have to replace a lightbulb because it is LED and already included in itself!

We purchased two of these lights to go on each side of our garage. No problems with the installation. The metal housing is dark bronze, but it's not so dark that it looks harsh. The crackled glass gives it a classy appearance and creates a neat light pattern in its surrounding area. The LED bulbs provide sufficient lighting, which actually exceeded our expectations. The only thing we wished it had was the dusk to dawn feature, but we quickly overcame that hurdle by installing the Hampton Bay photocell sensors which work perfectly with the lights.. Despite having to install the sensors ourselves, these lights were well worth the price. They're beautiful and energy saving.
