easier to attach the back panel to the seat panel first for the loveseat and the two chairs. Very difficult to follow the directions given. An angled thread also made it difficult to attach the left & right hand rails. One of the glass pieces for the coffee table had several flaws (surface scratches of 10" and some smaller ones, flaws under glass in two places). Once again Home Depot was very cooperative in attempting to make things right. My question is with the Hampton Bay Quality Control. Where are they?
The 4 pieces look good, but the angled threads for some screws/bolts really compromises (stresses) the strength of of each of the chairs and loveseat.

This is a really nice patio set. It looks nice and is pretty comfortable. It does take two people to put it together. Not all the drilled holes line up without having a second person bend it while you put in the bolt. The left side of the love seat could use another seat strap on the bottom. The cushion tends to fall into the gap a little. It's not enough of a nuisance to not buy this set though. We are going to add another strap ourselves.

This was an inexpensive set of deck furniture. It was not easy, but not too difficult, to set up and I think the quality of the plastic straps under the cushion is low. I have a feeling in a year or two I will have to replace them as the plastic straps where you put the cushions will have deformed to the point of being not being usable. So if you bigger then you should not get this set. It is comfortable and looks nice on our deck but I fear I will be shopping again in a couple years.

This set is so beautiful that I purchased two of them! My thirty year old "Daughter" put both sets together in one afternoon! Absolutely Love It!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by GM63 Nice Patio set .. but you need patience putting it together
The set looks very nice when finally assembled. Putting it together is another story. Screws are all put in with an allen wrench, holes did not always line up, so you will need 2 people to put it together. One hole was totally filled in with solder which had to be drilled.

Very difficult to assemble. Had to take it to a local Home Depot to have them assemble. Pieces were not made well so they did not fit properly. Also seat straps on the loveseat are loose so you drop low in the seat.
Would not recommend this set.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lindsay Looks great but almost impossible to put together!
The finished product looks really great! It was so hard to put together though. My husband and I both worked on it and it took us an hour and a half! We even had to use a rubber mallet because most of the holes didn't line up right.

The loveseat was very hard to put together. Directions where not easy to understand because you couldn't see the pics that went to each step.
