Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by BTNashville Hard to put together due to a design flaw but nice once you do
The mold of the frame they used for the body of the chair does not match up with the arms you have to attach (in the back near the wheels). They have to know this by now and disappointed they are still selling it without making modifications but, I was able to get one of two screws in to hold it together. It seems to be working fine and is comfortable. Instructions are almost useless except for identifying which screw goes where.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by CommonSense There is a problem with the wheels
If you tighten the bolts holding the wheels on, they won't turn. If you leave the bolts lose, the wheels will come off. I solved the problem by adding some extra washers.

As a positive, now that the chair is finally assembled, it is attractive and very comfortable. Don't believe the instructions where it says 20 minutes to put together. This was one of the hardest projects my son and I ever tried to deal with. Nothing lined up properly and you had to be an olympic gymnast to get yourself into a comfortable position to screw the bolts. The cushions also have a terrible smell to them (I assume it's the waterproof chemicals or something they are sprayed with). I am hoping that after a day or two outside the smell will go away. I am still waiting for the rest of the set to arrive, I certainly hope they will be easier to construct than this was.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dave Quality product
Nice chaise lounge. Purchased two: It took me forever to assemble the first one. Then I purchased and used a portable electric drill for the second, and was up and running in less than 10 min.
Only problem: the picture shows a lumbar pillow which is not in the package... being fair, the box does not include the pillow as available. Many HD have these pillows in exposition but not for sale. Same online.
Now, what is the point of portraying items that cannot be purchased?
We bought the Patio Balcony Set from the same collection, Edington, no pillow as well.
Would like to know what can be done in this respect.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Barbara Nice looking set but not as comfortable as I would expect
I bought three of these. They were on sale and I wanted some chaise lounges that would lie flat (for my sunbathing daughter!) I have some teak captain chaises that do not lie flat but are very comfortable. These chaises were easy to assemble, attractive, and will not require the upkeep of the teak ones. My only complaint would be that the cushions are VERY firm and full so the arms barely rise above them and they are not as comfortable to sit in as the captain lounges. I have not owned them long enough to comment on durability. I do know that I can replace the cushions on the captain lounges if/when needed, however, I do not know the ease at which these cushions can be replaced if needed.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MrFuzzybottomsMom Love it (now that it's put together)
Very pretty and very comfy, but the directions were so confusing! It took two of us (very smart people) about an hour and half to assemble it. Now granted, it was late at night and we were both tired, but my lord--- those directions were terrible!!! Multiple times we thought we had it put together to realize things were on backwards or not in the correct order when we would read down to the next part. The sequential order was way off and confusing. But after it was over, we took turns lounging on it. Maybe after working so hard, it made the chaise lounge seem more comfy. ;-) Also very glad that the cushions were included. However, it hasn't made it out to my deck just yet because there always seems to be a cat on it---all lounged out.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stef Inexpensive, but looks like high quality
The chairs, I bought two, were a pain to put together. But, once assembled they mirror what a $1200 lounge chair would look like. The only difference is the fabric is a little rougher then a higher quality cushion.
I'm very happy with my purchase.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ArizonaSharon Love the final product...difficult to put together.
This was part of 3 different sets we bought by Edington. This by far was the most difficult to put together. It took a little while to realize the wheels were wobbly because we had the final plugs in backwards. We bent one taking it out and trying to replace it so we called and were sent 2 new pieces at no charge. Great customer service.
