Rated 5 out of 5Â by Handy Easy installation, beautiful finish, durable wear
The easiest flooring I have every installed, I am an DIY guy with not a tremendous amount of skill but fairly handy. The flooring was perfectly meshed at the seams and was very easy to make the joins. It looks stunning and perhaps my wife will stay with me for another 10 years as a result of this project:)

The locking system is defective, impossible to secure. Returned 52 cases, the manager attempted to connect 2 boards and was unable to. They need to recall theses until this can be resolved.

This product was so easy to use. I have never installed flooring and it was such a breeze. There were some reviews that complained about the planks not clicking in but I did not have this issue. You will definitely need a floor installation kit but those cost ~$18. Get knee pads as well! It went in beautifully and I could not be happier with this product.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by BOB57 There are some tricks to this trade
I started out in our Living Room and Dining Area, then my wife said what the heck let's do the rest of the house. It would have been a lot better to tell me that ahead of time as now I will build two custom transitions. For the most part I've done the installation by myself. One trick is to take a scrap piece of flooring and connect it to the two pieces that will be tapped together. This aligns those joints and when you tap the two joints will be perfect. I use to put my knee down on the board I was tapping and my foot on the receiving board, got a great work out but when you're doing 2000 square feet it isn't practical. ALSO: When joining boards make sure there is no debris in the channel otherwise the boards will not click. I hope this helps someone out.

Rated 2 out of 5Â by Datominator You get what you pay for
Now that my project is completed, I really like the look of the floor. However, getting to that point using this flooring was a major pain.
I saw this laminate on sale at .89 cents sq/foot, and took a chance. The old saw that you get what you pay for applies here. The tongue and groove channels are VERY fragile, and easily damaged with the tapping block and/or pull bar. Additionally, many boards were ever so slightly bowed so that, while one end would lock into place, there would be no way to lock in the other end. Only way to work around this was to keep pulling out new boards from the pack until finding the next unbowed piece. The cherry on top was when I got to the third box and opened it to find that someone had apparently bought it, used it, and returned it by hiding cut pieces underneath full uncut boards. The box had been re-shrink wrapped by the store - they either didn't bother to check all of the boards before re-wrapping, or they were willfully trying to hide this. Luckily I bought 10% more than was really needed, to correct for any problems, or else I would have been REALLY miffed.
