I ordered the 3 Piece Fenton Bistro set for my patio back in June to enjoy for the summer. The box arrived and I noticed the four table legs were missing. Long story short...after two months I still hadn't received the table legs only for the vendor to ship me 4 pieces I did not need. I contacted Customer Support and spoke with four different reps over the two months only to receive an email after my last contact with Customer Service that I had to call Hampton Bay to resolve the issue myself. I loaded up the pieces I had received and wheeled everything in to my local Home Depot. Luckily the lady at the return desk issued a credit to my Home Depot charge quickly after hearing my story. Overall I am disappointed with poor vendor quality control on top of poor customer service follow up.

I was looking for a smaller set for my covered patio. This is a nice small table, it is not heavy so it tends to not be as stable as I was used to. The chairs are not very comfortable. I would imagine that they would not be appropriate for a large person. Assembly was not difficult so that was a plus. I am disappointed but not enough to return it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MikeS Solid set but one cushion was poorly stitched
Assembled really easily. Everything is sturdy. The stitching on one of my cushions was faulty. One of the strings that is supposed to tie the cushion to the chair had the loose end stitched into one of the seams - the result is that I can only tie the cushion down on one side. Otherwise, very satisfied.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Roxanne Nice design and Sturdy but Came With a Defective Leg
I really like the design of this bistro set. And, it was indeed easy to put together except for mechanically unskilled people like me the instructions could have said to put the crossbar 'hole side down.' One of the table legs however came with a defective bottom. That is, it was set into the leg too far compared to the other legs. I have attached photos. I didn't want to deal with trying to return it so I fixed it by adding sticky felt pieces to the bottom of the defective leg. Since I live in the desert, this fix will be fine for the life of the product. It probably would not work in a damp, wet climate. What is wrong with quality control making sure the product is in good shape before being sent out? I would have bought more items from this company but now I am reluctant.

One of the chairs was missing a "cap" for one of the legs, so I now have to be careful when I move it or it will scratch my tile. The rubber "foot" rest will not stay on the foot rest. They probably should not ship this product via UPS or they should package it better.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Timbo Great Set For Apartment Balcony
This set was perfect for my apartment balcony! It's high
enough to view over my railing but low enought to comfortably sit on and enjoy. I'm around 220 lbs. and the steel construction is strong and very pleasing to the eye. Adds a lot of character to your space. I highly reccommend.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Camano Durable and comfortable
We've been using a wooden table and chairs set on our covered deck in the summer, but since the deck is exposed to rain and high winds in the winter we've been taking the furniture in in the wintertime. I got this weatherproof bistro set so I could leave it out all year.
It's durably made - welded powder coated steel covered with plastic resin weave. Each piece weighs about 20 lbs - hopefully heavy enough to not blow around in high winds, but not too heavy to move as desired. The seats are comfortable with enough cushioning on the seat and give to the woven back.
There are several nice touches - the cushions have tie-downs on the bottom to secure them to the chair seats, there's a rubber pad on the lower rung for a non-slip footrest, and a solid metal panel supports the woven tabletop so there's no give when placing items on the table. The table also has adjustable feet to level it.
The feet on the chairs are not adjustable and one of the chairs was a tiny bit wobbly - one leg was off about 1/8".
The "assembly required" is to mount the legs and leg brace to the table top. Each leg mounts to the tabletop with two bolts, then bolts to the leg brace with another two bolts. The allen wrench needed to tighten the bolts was included. I assembled it by myself in about 15 minutes. Having a second person to hold the legs in position would have been helpful.
