Can this track be flexed 'out of level' to mount on both slopes of a cathedral ceiling? And if so, by how much? My ceiling is 1.5:12 so total bend would be 3:12 or about 14 degrees

Can I get installation instructions for this track head?

Is a document available for download with instructions for installing these track heads. If yes, please provide a link to it. (My contractor threw away the instructions that came with them.) Alternatively, can anyone can tell me how to remove and reinstall one of these. I recall that the cap at the top should unscrew, allowing the sides that contact the track to pivot open. However, I tried to unscrew several of them and they won't turn.

Thanks.

Answer:
Halogen bulb (supplied) is dimmable with the right dimmer switch. I switched my halogen bulbs to LEDs to save energy but my wall dimmer switch could handle either.

Answer:
Yes. I replaced mine with an 8 watt (550 lumen) GU10 (MR16 reflector) 2700K LED bulb. I use a Lutron MACL-153M-LA Maestro 150-Watt Multi-Location CFL/LED Digital Dimmer. Works great!
