Answer:
Most wall switches are rated for 15 amps. This fan only draws .55 amps ( 65.6 watts ) on high speed. Two of these fans on one switch would not be a problem.

I want to take a fan down but cannot find any screws, etc. in the cowling next to the ceiling. Does the cowling twist and come loose? I've tried that

Answer:
Thank you for your question. The screws are concealed by the canopy ring (at the top of the canopy near the ceiling). The canopy ring twists off to expose the screws. You can download the installation from the product page (in the "Info & Guides" section) to see how the canopy ring is attached.

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 66 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Working well I purchased this fan for my living room as a replacement. So far so good. August 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Fan For My Workshop I wanted a bigger fan for my workshop, 16' x 30' with 10' ceiling. I have a wood stove in the shop and wanted to move the warm air around when using the stove. I mounted the fan up close to the ceiling and with the fan on medium speed the output is fantastic. The fan is quiet and vibration free. Installation was simple and the instructions were detailed and easy to follow. August 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent fan This is an excellent Fan, this is the first one I've installed that gave you the option of how close you want to mount it to the ceiling, you can install it with or without the down rod. Installation was vary easy, they use a unique bushing system to mount the blades ( they slide on) to the blade mounts. Some fans come with weights and instructions on how to balance the blades (which can turn into a real pain) this one doesn't because believe or not....it doesn't vibrate, wobble or do anything It's not spoused to do. If you are looking for an indoor or outdoor fan you owe it to yourself to check this one out. June 28, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value & Looks Great I replaced 3 existing cheap white fans in a lanai. These fans look good and were easy to install. Good value for the money. The snap on blades made installation much easier. August 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful fan The fan is beautiful and very reasonable. Shipped fast to my home. Very happy with this purchase. July 20, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Ceiling fan This wasn't the easiest ceiling fan to install, but I was able to do it by myself. July 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Attractive I fell in love with this fan in the store but wanted one with a light. After my electrician told me my ceilings were to low for lights I was delighted to be able to run back and buy this fan. I put one in my MB and one in the Great Room. They run very smoothly. The price was very reasonable and looks great. July 20, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by easiest fan installation ever The motor does not 'hum' (we have a Hunter fan that has hummed since day one)... Balanced out of the box!!! That has never happened!! Quiet operation . We have installed 5 fans over the past 5 years and this is the best ever. Will definitely buy again! (had to return a comparable Lowe's fan because of the hum in the motor ..what a pain since we had to uninstall after install!) June 30, 2016
