Distinctive Steampunk style, love the antique copper/brass color, and not super expensive, although we did buy some LED bulbs to replace the 4 on the arms. Very bright whether halogen or LED, glad we have it on a dimmer. The only caveat is that we wanted the shortest length bar, and thought it was left out of the box. Took it back to Home Depot and store return desk thought it was missing also, until opened another box. The shortest and next to shortest bars are screwed together and the line of separation is very hard to see, they fit so well together. Like another reviewer, it would be even better if we could turn on/off the center light separately from the arms.

I purchased this fixture to replace my builders grade flourescent light fixture. My Fiance & I installed it in about 45 minutes. Installation requires an extra set of hands to hold the fixture while connecting the wires. This fixture has beautiful detailing & looks far more expensive than it is. I chose to have it flush mounted. Some reviewers mentioned they didnt care for the brightness of the lights; ironically that was the deciding factor for me. I LOVE the bright lights; they "spotlight" my kitchen beautifully.

I had an a pro install this light as my ceiling is too high. I love the look for my kitchen. Now my work stations are lit. I had the long extension put on since my ceiling is high, now I will be able to change the blubs. Also put a dimmer switch on it as everyone else said you will need it, yes it is bright. Love it.

We installed this light on a dimmer, thanks to one of the reviews on here, above our dining room table and did not use the extension. It is amazing, we have a small house so we point the smaller, track lighting to the corner shelves to show off our art and knickknacks and then point the other two down at the table. They are easily adjusted and the light turns so when I pull the leaf out on my table we just turn the light cockeyed and point all the track lights at the table and food. It's beautiful and wonderful and I love it! The one thing I wish it did was have the track lighting and the center light on different switches, but even without, it is awesome!
