Purchased two sets of lights to install under our kitchen cabinets to add much needed accent lighting. Install wasn't too bad as I'm an electronic technician by trade. However, for the novice beginner I can see where this may be on the intermediate to difficult level for some. Lights worked great and looked fabulous. I especially liked the dimmer option so we could adjust lighting as needed and the lights stay cool to the touch. However, after one month the dimmer went bad on one set of lights and the whole strand flashes on and off intermittently. Extremely disappointed after spending about $80 for two strands of lights. Quality does not match the price.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Verified Reviewer Convenient, easy-to-assemble, customizable length, bright lights
I needed puck lights that could be daisy-chained without the need for a transformer, and these lights worked perfectly for my needs. I love the extra connectors because they added the length that I needed for my project. It's very convenient to be able to string multiple lights together at different lengths while using one electrical plug. The light they emit is nice and bright and the dimmer switch is a great option. It was difficult to find lights like these anywhere, and I'm so glad I found them. They were a bit expensive, but I am satisfied with my purchase since they are exactly what I needed.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by jddhammer Better than most alternatives for undercab lighting, but
The LED's themselves are better than Fluorescent or halogens, but these DIY light kits are only marginally acceptable.
The ability to dim is nice, but the dimmers are giant.
Most people need more than 3 lights, and the specs don't let you daisy-chain multiple sets of lights, so you end up with 2 giant dimmers and 2 plugs.
One of the dimmers buzzes, irritating.
Could use nice self stick cable ties (which I bought) and 3M Command release tape on the dimmers.
That said it's still better than hot pucks or flickering lights and easier and cheaper than dealing with a permanent wired solution.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DesertRat Controller failed after a few months
The controller on one of the two sets I bought failed after a few months. The failure caused the lights to blink on and off at a random rate. Too bad. I really liked these lights. They brighten up the two corners of our kitchen under the cabinets. The local Home Depot currently does not have this model so I can't replace the controller.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bobbie131 Excellent product
This well-thought-out product did the job we purchased them for. It is great to be able to install low profile, dimmable under-counter LED lighting. An improvement would be a way to shorten the cords between each light. I had to find a way to hide excess cordage. There are extensions included in case more length is needed, but that was not our problem.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by EEhernandez Good product, but packaging should provide more information
The maximum length between lights is 24", which was not sufficient for what I wanted to achieve on my kitchen, the product box should indicate such and it does not. The lights however, worked great, Home depot should carry extension chords longer than 24" in case you want to extend the distance between lights and thus far it appears it does not. Also, they do not seem to carry single replacement lights.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Ridgeman Died in less than a week
I was happy with this product for a few days, then inexplicably, it stopped working, flickering dimly like a burnt-out fluorescent bulb. I checked the connections and unplugged the unit, but nothing I do now seems to help. Now, I have to unmount the unit, scrape the double sided foam tape off of the place I mounted the switch and try to return it, like I have the time for that.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by gtrplr66 cheap plastic mounts
The mounting brackets that came with these units are junk. I mounted these very carefully but they still broke where the screw cinches down on the surround. Due to the way these are designed they are useless unless you have the brackets. Maybe if they made these with a metal bracket they would be a good deal.
