CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.0 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Absolutely the worst laminate I ever installed Do not buy this product. It is new to home depot and it is horrible. I've installed other laminate flooring so I have a good idea what I'm doing. To begin with the pieces nevermake the "clicking sound " they tell you to listen for. Then the edge that you are trying to lock into is very fragile and flakes off very easily. I would compare it to pressboard but pressboard is stronger. Once it flakes off you have now lost the locking edge in that spot. I installed three rows and checked it each time to make sure it had locked in. When I finished the 3rd row and went to start on the 4th, I found that the second row had separated. Now in order to try and fix that I had to disassemble the all the rows to get to the section that unlocked. Now by . disassembling the sections more flaking of the locking edges took place making some pieces unuseable. Each time I fixed the separation and then added additional rows the same thing happened. I wasted two days trying to install this garbage flooring. I returned all of it but I am out $200 in regards to the underlayment I had to install first Word of advice..... you get what you pay for . Get pergo. It's well worth the extra money and will save you alot of aggravation/ May 31, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not great Easy enough to install and it looks great. The problem is the quality. One drop of water and the laminate will lift off the pressboard. We spent nearly $2000 on flooring, underlayment, quaretr-round, etc. and installed this product in the entryway, down the hall and the entire kitchen. If you spill anything at all you better be quick to dry it completely and right away. If you are carrying a glass of something cold you better watch for condensation dripping... Seriously, the smallest drop of liquid will leave lasting damage if it lands on the laminate where two pieces meet. We have a large dog and he drools when he drinks from his bowl... Its a never ending problem and now we will be calling the warranty number to see what can be done. Currently we have large rugs covering the majority of the floor to protect the laminate until a solution is found. $2000 in flooring and we cant even see it because its covered up with rugs! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Floor looks great The floor looks great. The seams are barely visibly and the texture gives it a real wood look. I liked that the local Home Depot carried various matching trim pieces in stock and I did not have to guess on what trim would work best for room transitions before I had the old floor ripped out. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful doesn't look like laminate, more like wood. The order was delivered on time, and the delivery was free which made it even better. We have had several compliments on the look of the floor. We are very pleased with the look and cost. June 12, 2012
