I'm considering ordering three of these to place in adjacent rooms. My plan would be to also order the wall switch remote controls. Am I going to have trouble with the remote wall switch in bedroom A, turning on/off the fan in bedroom B?

Answer:
You can set the frequency on the back of the remote to match the frequency of the receiver in the canopy of each fan. As long as the frequency is different on all 3 fans they will work without interfering with one another's operations.

I am replacing my bedroom fan. The current fan has separate wall switches for the light and the fan. Is this fan wired for separate power switches? Or is the fan/light either On or Off, adjustable only with the remote?

Answer:
You can by an all in one switch that has a receiver in the canopy or you can buy a wall control for the fan and one for the light.

As long as the fan hanger bracket aligns with the mounting box you can use what ever box you want.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ceiling Fan Quiet ceiling fan. I'm using this fan in a bedroom. I'm a light sleeper and this fan is very quiet even on high speed. June 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Everyone loves it I love fans but this is beyond awesome. I wish I could have a fan in each room. July 29, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love this Ceiling Fan My husband installed this fan and we love it--Easy to install, looks fantastic and very quiet. The dimmer and remote were the reason we purchased this fan since most fans do not have dimmer and remote options. The only con is that there is a very slight, barely noticeable warp on our fan blade holder and only notice it when it is running-minor. July 15, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love this fan So happy with my first purchase for master bedroom that I bought a second for family room. Just what I wanted--so quiet when running, and an overhead light source. Did not rate installation as I had local electrician do -- no issues. July 12, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Modern-looking quiet fan This is a nice clean modern looking fan. Two were bought and my contractor had to change the frequency so they would turn on and off independently. The light isn't as bright as the old one that had four regular light bulbs but it's still a bright enough light for us. Fan #1 had a 3 foot extension added it that makes a clicking noise just on the highest level. I'll ask my contractor to try to fix this. Fan #2 does not make a noise at all so it must be the extension. That being said both fans are super quiet and the air flow is strong and my contractor had no issues installing it. The remote feature is nice since I didn't want any chains hanging but the remotes came in black and the fans are white. I knew this from other reviews but bought it anyways since it's not a deal breaker for me. But the company should change it to match. All in all I'm pleased with my fans. August 4, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Fan so far Pretty nice looking fan for my son's room. Typical install like any other fan I've done before, no real surprises. My only complaint would be they give you a lot of extra wire that needs to be hid in the top part. Doesn't seem like much but it was a little bit of a pain to jam all that wire in there and screw the top base back on. Overall we really enjoy the fan. December 23, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Fan & Easy Installation Ordered this fan online and it was delivered very quickly. The installation was simple and straightforward. No problems of any kind. The remote works as advertised and even dims that light (dimming capability was listed as "NO" on the website). I'm extremely satisfied with this ceiling fan and the entire process. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by This fan looks good but disappoints. Install was easy until I got to the blades which took over 30 minutes because the pilot holes in the blades were so difficult to line up with the threads. After that frustration was over the final straw was that the remote doesn't control the fan well at all. Instructions say to run the fan for 15 minutes which I did. Then I switched on the light but the dimmer did not work. Light dimmed but would not brighten. Then the remote would not turn the light off or change the fan speed or turn the fan off. So I turned off the power at the switch to reset everything. Still nothing. With the power off I climbed back up on the ladder and made sure the antenna wasn't crimped. It was not. The fan was so much trouble getting installed that I hate to remove it but it goes back to HD today. A couple of pull chains would be just fine for me since my ceiling is not extremely high but the fans with pull chains are not stylish at all. I'll order a Casablanca. Sorry Hampton Bay. May 19, 2013
