This is a very nice product. We have spent two years trying to find a patio set for a reasonable value that was made from aluminum. This product is exactly what we were looking for. The quality is excellent and the only thing I wasn't happy about was that one corner of the table had a large dent that I had to straighten out in order to get the leg to fit into the slot. It wasn't worth sending back, but I could see how this could have been a big problem for a less handy person.

The qaulity of this product does not match the price. It has the quality of a $200 set not what you would expect form a $700 set. Installation was about two hours, allen wrenches made it difficult at times to tighten.

The chairs had been poorly manufactured and could not be assembled.
They were returned and the matching sofa cancelled.'

One seat cushion arrived with frayed seam. Waiting for a replacement. The back cushions could use tabs to tie to chair to prevent falling off or blowing away.

The chairs and table assembled easily. The chairs are comfortable and high enough for a leisurely cocktail or meal on our balcony.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tano Nice set, assembly required
I received this set a few weeks back and finally had a chance to assemble it. The set arrived in two boxes, one consisted of the table and the other contaioned the chairs and cushions. Both arrived with no incident which surprised me a bit because the chair box was quite large and I figured the carrier would have been rough with it.
To be honest I was a bit surprised at this price that I had to assemble the chairs, I assumed they would be complete and just stacked. The assembly itself took some time maybe 90 minutes or so and isn’t difficult. The only issue I did have was two of the holes were not aligned and I had to wrestle with the legs a bit to make it work. Again, a bit surprising for a set at this price point.
I used another reviewer’s suggestion and had my wife sit in each of the chairs while I performed the final tightening which made the chairs level.
The table was very straightforward to assemble and caused me no issues.
Overall the set looked great when assembled, other than some nicks from shipping the finish was fine and I plan on touching those spots up before using it. The set is constructed of aluminum so not worries of rusting.
I would recommend this set to others, and it does seem to be well built. As mentioned my only negative is I would have preferred the chairs to have been welded versus bolted.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by workathome Nice product, but costs too much for a self-assembled set
Overall, I have to say that this is a fairly decent set of high-dining, outdoors table and chair set. This very light, all aluminum set is finished in a faux wood grain that is very nicely done, with the exceptions of several blemishes that were obviously from the factory, as the packaging was emmaculate. A little better quality control would go a long way. Besides the blemishes, one screw hole on a chair was stripped out and one of the holes that the screws go through was not aligned well. The thing that got me the most was how long it took to unpack and assemble - 2 1/4 hours! I will certainly give them credit for doing such a good job of protecting everything during transport, but there sure was a lot of wrapping and packaging to deal with. All the necessary hardware and tools are included, so it is ready to assemble without a search for tools.
Lastly, it would have helped if there was a recommend screw tightening order included with the chair assembly instructions. If you tighten things in the wrong order, the chair may not be "settled" properly. I took the liberty of writing the following replacement to Part 3 of the Chair Assembly guide:
* Install all of the screws until barely tight.
* Stand the chair on its legs
* Have an adult sized/weigh sit in the chair to settle it
* Tighten screws in this order
--- Back to arms (both sides)
--- Seat to back (both sides)
--- Seat to arms (both sides)
--- Front leg bar (both sides)
* Install cushions
