Answer:
Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. Unfortunately, the Home Depot does not sell that part of the item as an individual unit for a replacement part. However, I believe the best advice is to reach out to the manufacturer of the product. For any other questions, please call us at HomeDepot.com Customer Service 800-430-3376.

Answer:
The lighting is really dim - it doesn't do a very good job of lighting up a whole room. I am very unhappy with this fan. We installed it in a vaulted ceiling and after 6 months it stopped working altogether. Don't waste your money - there are other fans out there that have better lighting that are much cheaper.

Blub charts show e12 as candelabra and e26 as Medium (standard). I may want to replace these with LED blubs and would like to know what is used.

Answer:
Is the "Community Answer" suppose to answer the question? It did not. The question was what size base the blubs are. If they are "candelabra", that is E12 base, and means the product specifications are on "light blub base code" is false. It says "medium, which is either E26 (medium standard) or E27 (medium European).
"Candelabra" is also used to describe a light style, most commonly in the "CA series". Read More

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 132 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Full speed ahead The fan works great and looks great in our open living/dining room. The fan helps the portable a/c work more efficiently by moving the air. The remote control is a bonus with our vaulted ceiling, Despite it taking al,ost 3 hours to install, we are quite pleased. This is one good looking addition to our home. July 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Absolutely gorgeous! This fan is exactly what we wanted to provide light and cool the air. It does both very well. I love that the lights operate independently. The remote was a must as it is in a room with a very tall open beam ceiling. After reading the reviews about the difficult installation, we had it professionally installed. Seems like money well spent. We enjoy the look and versatility of this fan every day! August 30, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by not enough light very dissappointed with this product especially for the price, very hard to assemble, very hard to change the light and it can only use specific bulb fixture. and cannot replace the bottom light fixture. i will no recommed it at all. regret buying it. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fan Awesome! Worked as stated & is beautiful accent to our family room. August 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome fan We wanted a fan/light that would make a statement in our living room and this fan differently does that. It was easy to put together and install. I love that the remote can be mounted to the wall so need for a separate wall mount unit. The remote also features a reverse for the fan and has not pull strings to get in your way. July 15, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome fan Big fan of this big fan.. Fit and finish very nice, well built. The only downsides , doesn't move as much air as you would think a 60" fan would and is it doesn't provide much light with the supplied / recommended bulbs July 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Looking Fan My hired electrician isn't doing me any favors - trouble on the install - but when the fan is installed correctly and operating, it looks, sounds and works wonderfully. July 27, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by pretty on the outside, bad on the inside Love the look of these fans and bought 2 for our new addition 10 years ago. After a normal amount of time, the bulbs burned out. Guess what, there is NO WAY to replace the bulbs in the upper light without taking the fan apart. Not my idea of fun. Then, the lower lights stopped working and the fan would sometimes work, sometimes not. Replaced all batteries etc. Just paid an electrician to tell us that the "receiver" in the fan was broken. On most fans, it can just be replaced, but not on this one. Nope, have to buy a whole new fan. They fixed the one unit, so I'll just buy and install a replacement for the broken one. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't purchase these fans at all. June 28, 2016
