One of my lower lights was broken upon delivery. Call the manufacturer at 877-902-5588 to order a replacement. You must have the upc code handy when you call.

Answer:
Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. Unfortunately, the Home Depot does not sell that part of the item as an individual unit for a replacement part. However, I believe the best advice is to reach out to the manufacturer of the product. For any other questions, please call us at HomeDepot.com Customer Service 800-430-3376.

Blub charts show e12 as candelabra and e26 as Medium (standard). I may want to replace these with LED blubs and would like to know what is used.

Answer:
Is the "Community Answer" suppose to answer the question? It did not. The question was what size base the blubs are. If they are "candelabra", that is E12 base, and means the product specifications are on "light blub base code" is false. It says "medium, which is either E26 (medium standard) or E27 (medium European).
"Candelabra" is also used to describe a light style, most commonly in the "CA series". Read More

It appears that this is the shortest rod. This fan is not for low ceilings. That's too bad because it's a beautiful unit. Good Luck

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Fan We love this fan. We actually bought one like this years ago. After several years it only ran on one speed, so when we started looking for another fan and saw this was still available we bought it. This fan looks stylish in our great room and the light fixture gives a warm glow to the room. We've had several complements. I would definitely recommend this fan. May 17, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very beautiful fan My electrician was impressed by the quality and beauty of this fan. The code was the same as another fan I installed, so it had to be changed December 15, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Fan Great center pc for any room little more involved in assy and installation than normal fan, but worth it. April 19, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Love my fan but I have a stuck bulb in on position! I just moved into a home we bought it's a few years old and in living room this fan hangs. I love the look but I have one problem with 1 of the 4 bulbs not wanting to turn off. At this point my only fix is to call Home Depot and have a tech come fix the problem $$$. So my fix is just remove the bulb. Has anyone else had this issue? September 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful fan. .. a lot of assembly Highly recommend this fan.. it is even nicer in person. It is time consuming to assemble.... nothing difficult and the instructions are clear and easy to follow, just alot of pieces. This should not discourage anyone though, well worth the work. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice Fan This is the third fan I have purchased. I did have a little trouble with the first fan with some motor noise but I loved the fan anyway. I just purchased two more for our new home and they are beautiful. March 8, 2016
