Purchased this fan for a bedroom because it looks great and matches the style of the other fans (60”) in the house. But there are two problems with the fan in the bedroom.
First, since it is a four speed, I expected the lowest speed to be super-slow. Instead the speeds are Medium-low, medium, medium-fast, and fast. There is no slow speed. Its a shame that manufacturers only state the max airflow and not the airflow for each speed. I probably would not have purchased this fan had I known that the “low” speed was so strong. Also, this is perhaps part of the second problem.
Second, for a bedroom it is noisy. A lot of AC hum. You would think that manufacturers would assume that most small fans are going into bedrooms (usually the smallest rooms) and they would have DC motors for quietness — but not true. I could not find one fan less than 42” with a DC motor.
Another problem, not related to the first two, is that the instruction book (electrical section) is horrible. This fan installs just like any other fan you have ever installed. But the manual is so contorted it looks like you need to hire an electrician to re-wire your fan lines.
Fourth problem, it uses, comes with, a halogen bulb. Fortunately it’s a halogen with an 11mm base and you can purchase replacement bulbs and/or adapters for it. There is warning after warning after warning not to exceed a 50 watt halogen (which is not very bright) but I have read in other reviews here that people are recommending up to 100 watt halogens. NO! Halogens put out a LOT of heat. Do not burn your house down to get decent light. The light globe is fairly thick and blocks a lot of light. Eventually someone will come out with a 100 watt equivalent LED that will fit in this fan. I’m using a GE 40watt equiv LED that is focused and pointed towards the closet. Thats OK for now. Of course, that adds $15 to the cost of the fan for the bulb and 12mm adapter.
Summary: if you must have quiet, get a fan with DC motor. If you don’t like a stiff breeze while you are trying to sleep, this fan won’t work for you. If the fan light is the only source of light for the room, you may need to purchase an additional lamp.

I would have given this fan a 5 except for the fact that it seems as though three bladed fans, (of which we now have 3 bought at the same time), make more of a pulsing "propeller" sound than fans with 4-5 blades. Otherwise installation was a snap; quality is very good.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DaSamNudge Great fan for the kitchen
We bought this fan for out kitchen. Its a good little fan for that room. Here's some pros and cons:
Easy to install
Moves a decent amount of air for being a 32" fan
Fairly lightweight at just under 12 LBS
The light is halogen and not very bright.
The only complaint I have about this fan is the light. It is halogen, meaning it will get VERY hot (I took a temperature reading of the element inside the bulb, almost 700 degrees Fahrenheit) Other than that, I have no complaints. I have some pictures of this fan if anyone is interested. Another thing I should mention is that this fan is controlled by a wall controller.

This required two (2) wires to the switch. We were not in a major remodel, so we exchanged for one with pull cords. Cool looking fans, though

The fan arrived in satisfactory condition, and was as advertised. It took professional electricians almost one hour to install. That may have been due to the wiring in my attic.
I'm not happy about having to submit a photo to be entered in the chance to win the $1,000.00! I'm not emailing this from home, nor would I have the technical know-how to do so from my home.

I don't want to be unfair. I got as far as installing the base, it looked great, was the perfect size for my small room, and was easy to install onto my ceiling bracket.
The colors on the wiring did not match with the colors attached to the fan. This wouldn't have been a problem thanks to google, but when it came to installing the light switch, the instructions were a huge mess.
Very VERY confusing instructions. This is the first fan I've ever tried installing. I don't feel comfortable will the instillation myself. It was either install it with the chance of doing it improperly, call an electrician, or return it.
I'm returning it tomorrow morning.
To be fair I'm adding a picture of the instructions. Imaging trying to follow that with two different wire connections coming from the ceiling and the wall switch fixture. Not sure why they don't give multiple scenarios.
Another huge con is that it didn't include wire caps. These are little plastic screws not sure why it doesn't come with this necessary hardware. Keep this in mind when purchasing. It says you need wire caps, a white stripper and electrical tape. The rest was easily installed with a philips head.
It's a shame because I really wanted to like this fan. The price is reasonable and it looks great.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Schmoozie Small Good Looking Fan- Light not all that bright...
Its a Great little fan and I do mean SMALL. I have a tiny sun room 12 x 8 with 9' ceilings. I probably could have gone larger than 32". The light is NOT really bright and looks like some sort of mini bulb- like Halogen. I would have probably liked it a little brighter with a normal bulb, There are other sources of light, so its fine. You may want it for the light it will throw, if so find anther Fan.
