Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by jwm2727 Finally a great set for our front porch!
This is our second set for our front porch. The porch is not very deep so a wicker set would not work, but other metal sets we tried were uncomfortable or felt cheap. This set is perfect, the seat cushions are nice and firm and the back cushions are comfortable, the frames are sturdy, and the cushions are a nice neutral color. We have had many compliments from neighbors on the set. We also appreciated the fact that the set arrived almost fullt assembled, and the joints are welded vs. screwed together. Just had to pop it out of the box and put the cushions on.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by annwr Turned out to be much less attractive than I had expected and appears to be less durable than needed
I ordered this online and hope to return it. I was very disappointed with the quality and the looks of the set. I paid considerable amount of money for something that looks worse than other sets that cost less than half the price.

This is very comfortable. Some of the legs are a little twisted and not straight but it still looks nice. It is easy to keep clean and is very comfortable to sit in for long periods of time.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by TexasStar Chair & loveseat frames are solid and well-made without being overly heavy.
The set is not quite as nice as high-end patio furniture, but I am very pleased and glad I bought it. I have no major complaints with the quality. It was worth the money I paid.
The chair and loveseat frames arrived fully assembled. All I had to do was put on the cushions. The loveseat can hold up to 800 lbs in weight and each chair 400 lbs, so they can handle larger size guests without issues, unlike some of the less expensive patio sets. The construction was solid and not "cheap". The color was a true black. The set has quality adjustable foot glides and even came with extras.
The tables required assembly of the legs and rectangular support piece. The legs are directional, so pay attention to the way the holes are drilled prior to beginning assembly. It did not take long to put together. I was not as pleased with the tables as I was with the chairs and loveseat frames. The legs for the tables were not machined perfectly at the bottom, but this was disguised under the paint. For me it was a minor issue. The leg bottoms are next to the floor, so it is not very apparent. The coffee table could be heavier but was still a decent quality. The end tables are nicer than the coffee table, as the design offers better support in a smaller size. The tables had Made in China stickers on the bottom. The box and advertising said they were Hampton Bay but the paperwork inside said they were made by "Mi-Yu Furniture".
I loved the free shipping. It arrived on a smaller truck. The delivery company was named Seko. I was able to track the shipping and contact the company directly for the specific arrival date. Everything came in boxes and was wrapped with bubble wrap and light foam. Nothing arrived damaged. I am really glad that I did not choose the in-store pickup, as there were too many boxes to fit in the back of a pick-up truck in one trip. Seko was able to handle delivery to my rural location without any problem. Everything arrived at one time, within 8 days from the order placement.
The "Heather Beige" cushion fabric is actually a light brown and is not as light as it appeared on the website. In my opinion this is better for hiding dirt & stains anyway. I was thrilled! The seat cushions have ties but the back cushions do not have ties. The set came with two throw pillows, not four as shown in the photo. The throw pillows are more vibrantly colored than they appear in the photo. I thought they were prettier in person than they appeared online.
The chairs and loveseat are deep but comfortable. Petite people may want a throw pillow or another cushion on the seat back.
I am very happy with my purchase. I expect it to last for many years.
