Answer:
"Watts" is a measure of energy consumed. Lumens is a measure of light output. These solar lamps consume fractional wattage from the battery. The lumen output is 15 lumens.

Answer:
watts and or lumens are the amount of light output of any particular lamp. for example a 60 watt lamp will put out almost half of the amount of light that a 100 watt bulb would put out and would also use less electricity to operate. lumens, like "foot candles" is a specific measurement of light that can be referenced to compare light output.

Answer:
The three-way switch on the bottom enables operating at two levels of brightness: 3000K/5000K. Not sure how this translates into watts or lumens, but I can say that it is plenty bright for an LED spotlight!

Answer:
This is a battery operated unit. There are no "watts" when describing this unit. It produces light measured in lumens, not watts. I believe this unit produces 15 lumens.

This unit is solar-powered. Put outside in the sunlight for a few hours to charge the battery. In my humble experience with this light do not expect it to last longer than about 15 months.

Answer:
Hello, do not know how to get to light, but when new batteries do not help it may be that the contacts inside the rock light need to be thoroughly cleaned. If you still need help go to HOMEDEPOT web site and to the Hampton Bay Rock Spot light page and there you will see installation and instruction guides for this light...good luck

They can drain to a point where they don't work just by sitting on the shelf. You can also try inserting an alkaline battery to test (just don't leave the alkaline battery in the fixture more than to test to see if the unit works). You can also check the switch. This rock spot light has a switch that changes the light output from soft white to bright white. Slide the switch back and forth a couple times.
As for checking the bulb - you can't. It's an LED (light emitting diode). If the LED quits working, the unit is not repairable. Read Less

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by better off buying a rock! Very bad product. Had it for 3 months and the shell just disintegrated in the yard. Plus the light has a poor seal around the light. Do not buy any product from this company! September 11, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hampton Bay Outdoor Rock LED Solar Spot Light The light stopped working with a week after purchasing ! Like the design but would certainly not recommended it ! Not worth the price I paid for it ! August 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Bright We had two rock spot lights that worked good but always wished they were a little brighter. This single rock light is brighter than the other two lights. July 20, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good light output Just the right amount of light for a single object like a tree March 24, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works well so far I've had the light for about 2 months and it's survived the Florida winter so far. I'm using 2 of them to highlight a small palm tree and it does a great job. I bought smaller lights on Amazon and they lasted about a month and they died. These large lights from Home Depot seem to be much better quality. March 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Decorative Solar Light I love this light! It looks like a decorative landscaping rock and provides an enormous amount of light after the sun goes down. The best thing is it allows you to focus the light in different directions and at an up or down angle. February 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Solar Rock Lights Lighting and longevity is great - Well worth the money! February 10, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth the money Don't work after a few months. Can't find them in stores any longer. February 17, 2016
