I bought these for my back yard, we hung them on the fence. They look great and had a lot of comments form family and friends.

Had to put new solar batteries in each lamp, then they would hold a good charge. The part of the stand that connects the pole to the ground spike is very fragile (plastic). Two broke off at the top of spike. Would recommend replacing with metal spike and connection.

THE ILLUMINATION IS JUST ENOUGH TO HIGHLIGHT MY YARD. I WOULDNT USE THEM TO ACTUALLY LIGHT UP AN AREA

Rated 2 out of 5Â by TomfromCT Solar coach light won't stand straight because the assembly screw is a fraction too short
Great looking outdoor light and the solar bulb works fine. Problem lies in the little pole that holds it. In order to save money, the company divided the pole into two pieces which connect with a screw. To save even more money, they made the connector screw as short as possible -- too short, actually by a tiny tiny amount, so that the assembled pole bends instead of standing straight. Beautiful lamp system made useless by probably a 32nd of an inch. I've encountered this stingy screw length problem before with Home Depot assemble-it-yourself products.

LED Solar still doesn't put out the light like a low-voltage outdoor light.... They were inexpensive, and I got what I paid for, which doesn't mean I am disappointed with them. I used them in the back yard for accent lights and for that they are OK. I have a walking path that I need to light in the front and these convinced me that solar led lighting will just not cut it. I'll get something other than LED. The quality was ok - mostly plastic and one of the lenses was cracked, but for this price, who cares and it certainly won't cause premature death in the light. Installation is easy with 2 options (hanging or stake). It's hard for me to recommend/not recommend. If you need to light an area and need it be well lit (like a walking path), I couldn't recommend these, but for accenting your yard - sure. We'll see how well the rechargeable batteries last....
