Answer:
Thank you for your question. No, the pull chains do not spin with the fan. The 360 view is made up of a series of photos from all different angles and may look like the pull chains spin, but the fan is stationary. The only part that spins is the fan motor and blades.

Thank you for your interest in the Palm Beach fan. This fan can be installed in small rooms. We suggest the space from the tip of the blades to the wall be at least 2 ft.

It's actually a fairly straight forward repair. First, you will need to turn the power off to the ceiling fan.
Next, remove the light kit for the fan and you should now be able to unscrew the portion of the pull chain where it meets the light kit.

After removing the wires, get a new replacement pull chain for a light kit at your local Home Depot. Rewire it as the old one was, and screw the new pull chain on and put the light kit in place again.
Once this is done, turn the power back on, and you should have a new working pull chain.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The finishing touch We just screened in part of our wrap around porch and this beautiful ceiling fan was just the perfect finishing touch it needed to make it complete. July 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by perfect porch fan This fan replaced a rusted old fan. The color and texture of the blades adds the beach atmosphere we wanted. Looks great, works great so far. May 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I like it I like this fan. The blades have a nice contrasting color and the don't have that fake plastic weave look. May 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful fan. This fan is perfect for my shelter at my campground. It looks beautiful and works perfectly. I have had lots of compliments on it already. Easy to install. May 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I'm a fan of the fan :-) Great price and good quality fan. Installation wasn't too hairy either. Gives a nice coastal look to our screened porch. May 3, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great patio fan We purchased 2 for our back porch. Didn't find installation difficult but we received all of the correct parts in our boxes and my husband is very handy. We purchased 2 because of the size of our screened in porch, so airflow has been great. Very attractive, received lots of compliments. We also purchased on sale, but even the regular price was not that bad. July 30, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Looking But Poor Breeze We have a fairly small screened patio (approx 9x12) so I thought based on the recommendations on the box + 4800 air flow this would be a decent fan for the hot summer weather, but the airflow is pretty poor. You can really only feel the breeze from the fan if sitting in one particular spot right under it. I don't think this is really 4800 cfm because we have a 5000 cfm fan in one of our bedrooms of similar size and that one puts off great air even on the lower settings. Will have to uninstall and return this one, unfortunately. Don't recommend this fan except for in very small spaces. It is nice looking, though, and feels pretty sturdy & like it'd hold up well outdoors. July 22, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor design, poor instructions, poor airflow, great looks The fan does look nice hanging on the back porch. However, it is a nightmare to install. The instructions are incomplete and confusing. This fan is not compatible with Hunter brand extensions, despite what the salesperson at Home Depot said. The blade attachment is ridiculous. They are screwed in via a rubber gasket in the top of the light plate. The fan attachment screws only turn enough to engage one or two threads. The airflow is minimal. I have installed several ceiling fans, this was by far the most awkward to hang. The only thing that may save the fan for me is that it took so long to install, I hate to take it down to return it.
