This was delivered in 1 huge box, weighing 197 lbs, and measuring 48" x 42" x 30". Everything was nicely cushioned and well protected. All parts were wrapped in plastic and it took about as long to remove the plastic as it did to assemble the pieces.
There were 2 assembly manuals, 1 for love seat and 1 for the 2 chairs. The hardware was shrink-packaged and labeled. The cardboard on the back of the hardware package was perforated making it easy to push the selected items through the back. You get wrenches, hex-head bolts, locking nuts with nylon inserts, and washers. The bolts are marked A2-70, which is stainless steel. Color-matched plastic caps for the bolts and nuts are included.
The coffee table came fully assembled. The inserts are good quality ceramic tile. The chairs assemble with 12 bolts, the love seat with 14. I assembled them by myself, but having a second person to hold the seats while bolting to the base would have been helpful.
Both the chairs and love seat are "motion", which means they're on springs and will rock back and forth a few inches. The pieces seem over sized. The seat cushions measure 21" from the front to the backrest. They're comfortable for me, but I'm over 6' tall. My wife, a foot shorter, needed aa pillows behind her back to get comfortable seating.
There were a few flaws in the finish on the underside of the supports, but none on visible surfaces. The instructions suggest waxing the frames in severe climate conditions. I didn't notice any workmanship problems with the cushions
The coffee table has adjustable feet. The chairs and love seat have 1/4" hemispherical feet that will dent soft wood, like my cedar deck, so I'll put some floor protectors under them. In the photo I've left the plastic on the cushions until my cats know they're not scratching posts.

This set is just what my screened in patio needed. I put the chairs together by myself with little difficulty. The tools it came with were ok. I had to pull out some of my own tools. The loveseat I needed holding help. All together it took me about 2 hours to put everything together. This time could have been shorten if I used my own tools from the start. The nuts and bolts were well packaged and labeled. It was easy to figure out. Picture diagrams with labeled parts in the right sequence. EASY!!! The cushions and comfort of the chairs are wonderful. I am ready to buy two more sets of chairs to add to the patio set.

The set is amazing once put together - very comfortable (which I was worried about) and everyone loves the slight rocking chair effect. I love the green color cushions and was pleasantly surprised that the covers zip off for cleaning or replacement in the future. The table came all assembled and is very nice. One big problem - the lock nuts (see picture - loveseat is wrong one/ chair is ones we went out and bought) were not the correct size and my husband (who is very handy) was not able to make them work - He wasted at least 2 hours trying to figure out what was up with the hardware and finally ended up just going to the hardware store and got all new nuts that worked just fine. Then it took about 20 min to get all 3 pieces put together...btw, he used regular wrenches, not the mini ones provided. Also, we noted that the loveseat has a max of 300# - we're not big, but will have to kind of watch it with the teenage son and friends...

The collection came freight shipped in one large pallet carton. Granted it's middle of winter here in the frozen tundra so it took me a few days to assemble in the bitter cold. It's really simple to assemble, instructions provided were good, parts come in a nice laid out labeled blister package, and every piece was adequately packaged to ensure no damage. My only complaint is they give you some cheap sets of wrenches to tighten the nuts and bolts and they didn't last too long as they would splay open. I ended up using my own set of forged open/boxed ended wrenches and made the assembly go quicker and easier. It is time consuming to do each piece but not difficult. Finished products are amazing in looks and durability. The table top is real stone pieces. The other really excellent feature of this set is that the 2 side chairs and the one love seat are spring loaded allowing a nice casual rocking. One other suggestion that would make this patio set better is if there was velcro tabs on the cushions to hold them in place. I would suggest storing them if you expect a windy day. Overall it's an excellent addition to my newly built front porch!

The furniture was a little difficult to get straightened so that it wouldn't wobble, but not enough to prevent us from getting it put together in a reasonable time. The seats are comfortable. The color is true to the picture. I especially like that it's weather proof, but not all wicker. It makes the patio look rich.
