Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Pattyokeys Tiles came broke.. very disapointed in packing. Suppose to be here before 5 p.m. arrived at 9:30 p.m. long time to put together...missing washers.
Beautiful looking took my husband and I 1 week to put together. Low and behold tiles were broke. I have talked to 4 people from home depot and all very nice.. just disappointed as this is at a business and for the money... my renters can't sit by the pool and enjoy it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Toolgirl Great final product, but rough assembly of chairs
FYI - If you are going to put together the chairs make sure you level the bottom prior to attaching the seat...loosely tighten each bolt and then place upright on four feet. Progressively tighten one bolt at a time, one or two turns at a time...if you tighten completely you won't know which bolt is pulling legs uneven...if you do it slowly you can manage the issue of having a foot lift off the ground and therefore rock/be uneven. Only one of my 8 chairs ended up having an issue sitting flat on all four feet...but this couldn't be avoided or the whole thing would have possibly come apart. And if you are assembling alone, once you have leveled the bottom, flip over and balance seat upside down against your thighs, then do squats...it works! I did all 8 alone.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by DonnaG62 Perfect size for our space, shipped well with no damage.
The dining set sits 8 and is very comfortable to sit in, it looks very pleasing and not cheap. A great value for the money. Shipping did take nearly 3 months, but thankfully we ordered in mid March and had our set delivered 5 days before Memorial day (which was 6 days sooner than we were told, so we were very pleased). We also bought the matching conversation pieces which we also love. Only downfall to the conversation set is there is no sofa size piece available. But we purchased additional chairs. Our patio looks fabulous

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Robin Beautiful but many defects
After being backordered 2 times, we were disappointed in the quality of the product. We had received the loveseat set in March, but didn't assemble because we were awaiting the dining set. Because of the second backorder we were not certain we would receive the dining set, and did not want the matching loveseat set in that case.
One of the boxes of 4 chairs were drilled improperly, and took 4+ hours to assemble. The second box took 1+ hour. Two of the 4 tiles for the tabletop were chipped. Several bolts broke during assembly, and I had to buy more at the hardware store. The loveseat was damaged - The rattan was not woven completely in areas. The rattan was sticking out.
Home Depot should offer an assembly option.
I WOULD APPRECIATE A SUBSTANTIAL REFUND DUE TO THE DAMAGED CONDITION OF THE SET!!!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by irritatedcustomer Worst customer service in the industry
This is the second set I have received and again the table frame arrived damaged. All except one that I have spoke to in customer service is either rude or uninformed as to how to revise the situation. They keep wanting to blame the delivery person and it is clearly in manufacturing....the paint is bubbled and chipped and continues to flake off.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Handyman2003 Buyer beware
Came in 4 boxes and some items in all boxes damaged. Tiles all broken, top bent, wicker on chairs very poorly assembled and cut. Very low quality product for the price. Returned to the store. Find a better product elsewhere.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Beebs Good value for the price. Pleased with the purchase so far.
Product is a good value for the price. Assembly was a bit challenging, but we followed the advice of others and used WD40 on all bolts which helped a lot. We used the enclosed "tools" instead of buying ratchets and they worked fine. it was just slow going. Assembly took the two of us about 5 hours total.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by GQESQ Quality Set at a Great Price; Hard to Assemble
My experience was consistent with the other comments (including the comments under the Pembrey 9-Piece set that comes with pillows, which is the same product as this). This is a beautiful set. I shopped online and in stores for 2 months, and couldn't find a better looking, higher quality set for this price. Unless you are buying patio furniture in the dead of winter, you won't find an 8-seat set with a table this large for this price.
Unfortunately, like every other person has said, this set is extremely hard to assemble. The chairs in particular will take you several hours to assemble. And no, the delivery crew will not assemble the set for you. The "white glove" service package (the highest delivery package) will only remove the packaging from your home.
Several tips if you buy:
1. Purchase 10MM and 13MM (I think) wrenches with a ratchet end. It will save you time (and your hands) over the cheap wrenches provided in the packet. Take the nuts and bolts to Home Depot and size them up for the right-size wrench.
2. Several people have complained about the nuts locking up on the chairs. This happened to me. It's hard to describe when/where in the assembly this happens, but you'll know. The trick is to hold the older end of the bolt with a wrench, while screwing on the nut that keeps locking. WD-40 helps as well, as someone else pointed out.
3. For the chairs, don't tighten the nuts until the end of assembly. This will help ensure leveling and that you can reassemble misplaced pieces, which can happen.
