Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lynne Gorgeous well made outdoor patio table & chairs!
I ordered this gorgeous table only by seeing the pictures and by other happy customers. Everyone was so right. It's a gorgeous tile top, beautifully designed with 8 bouncy rattan chairs with lumbar pillows. Only complaint was assembly so I had it delivered to my closest Home Depot and they assembled it for free and delivered it for free. It's a one of a kind find and would recommend to anyone. It's on my patio near my pool and not only fits 8 but you can pull other chairs up to accommodate 12.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by AnnoyedCustomer Beautiful set but with major hiccups!
We ordered the set with free delivery to our home. 4 weeks later we were still trying to get tracking info from Home Depot because our packages never arrived. After going through one third party carrier that used another third party carrier they tracked 3 out of 4 boxes. A week later they delivered 3 boxes (the chairs and the tiles for the table). I put together all of the chairs which took me several hours. Not difficult but a little cumbersome for one person.
A few days later they located my fourth box and delivered it the next morning. I put the whole table together in about 2 hours by myself. I opened the box of tiles and started to lay them into the table and the very last tile was smashed on delivery.
I contacted Home Depot and after 4 days have just learned that the tiles are on back order and I won't receive for at least a month. So I have an expensive set on my patio where 1/4 of the table is unusable. Needless to say i am majorly ticked off. I do love the set and it is beautiful. Delivery service was terrible and getting my replacement part is even worse.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by MikeyLikesIt Some issue with Pembrey 9-Piece Patio Dining Set
Got the patio furniture and it came in 4 boxes. The tile for the table top weighs in at 12k0 lbs. All the items were well packed. Plan to get help putting the table together; the tile is large and heavy. You don't want to drop it putting it in. The job took a lot longer than we expected. There were two of us working on and it took us 4 hours to put together. There were a few issues, first was when I unpacked the box for the table I was missing one of the legs level screw. Look all through the box and couldn't find it. I will be calling Home Depot Service Center about that. The second issue was the bolts. When you start tightening the bolts about 3/4 of the way the just lock up, couldn't unscrew them or tightened. I ended breaking them off. Had a total of 4 that lockup. I notice that the threads would break off in the nut and jamb up. I starting using WD40 and didn't have any more issues. The last issue was the cross member of the chair when trying to bolt them to the legs the welding was ground off and the washer and bolt wouldn’t fit flush. It does come with wrench to tightening the bolt, they were a joke. They are about 3 inches long, so get your own tools out and bolt them together. The table and chairs are not light weight and are sturdy and will last for a long time. One the positive side the all the chairs rock back and forth. They are comfortable and the pillow is a nice touch. The table is 64” x 64” large enough for the 8 chairs. That why I got it. Despite the issues I would recommend the table and chairs.

I received 4 HEAVY boxes (together over 400 lbs.) and unpacked the table first. It was well packaged and every piece wrapped in bubble wrap. Being that well packaged it is clear that all the scratches in the powder coat did not happen during transport but rather in the factory before packaging. The scratches very likely happened before they baked the powder coat because cured powder coat is hard and scratch resistant. In some areas the powder coat is actually wiped off.
I started to assemble the table and, using a little force here and there, assembly wasn't a problem - until I tried to lay in the fourth tile, which wouldn't fit in. I tried different tiles in various locations until I finally found the one position in which all tiles fit.
When I started to unpack the also well packaged chair pieces I noticed the same scratches as on the table. Assembly is fairly easy and with a little bit of bending everything fits well. The chairs are comfortable and the cushions make it even nicer.
In the assembled state the scratches are not that obvious anymore and the whole set looks nice from a distance. If you really get what you paid for is questionable.
I highly recommend using a little bit of WD40 on the screws before you put on the self locking nuts, otherwise the nuts will seize on you. Also do yourself a favor and use some real tools and not what comes in the package. You will need one 10mm wrench and two 13mm wrenches.
The whole unpacking and assembly process will take you a full day if you are doing it alone.
I assembled only 4 of the 8 chairs for now.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lorena Time consuming to assemble…but it’s a very nice set!
This set came in 4 big boxes on a wood pallet left outside by my garage door as I wasn’t home when it was delivered. I needed to get help to bring the boxes inside, but the last box (one on the bottom of the pallet), was super heavy so we had to open it outside and bring each table tile piece separate. The entire set was well packaged so nothing was damaged, although one of the chairs had a damaged resin weave on the side (see photo). Since it’s winter here I assembled this set in my basement and it took me forever to assemble! The chair is very difficult to assemble by one person, although I did it anyway and therefore took me longer. I couldn’t figure out how to insert the screws when attaching the chair part to the base, but then I started to read the text instead of just looking at the drawing and it made more sense. I’m including photos of the screws on the chair because this was my first challenge. The screws that attach the arms of the chair won’t fit flushed; they will be tight but will stick out a bit. This is not that noticeable to me so it didn’t bother me because it’s towards the base of the chair, not in plain view. The nice thing about the chair is that it’s well made, very comfortable, and it rocks (literally). The cushion makes it more comfortable for your back. The table assembly was not as difficult for me, but I did have to use lubricant on the bolts because they didn’t screw very easily and I didn’t want to force afraid they will break. When setting the heavy tiles on the table try to get help as some might not fit perfectly so you will need to switch them around until they all fit.
Overall I’m happy with this set, it’s huge and allows enough room for eight people to sit comfortably and that’s what attracted me to this set. If you can get passed the time it takes to assemble and do a little at a time, you will be happy you got this patio set. The other review said it’s made in China, but what isn’t made in China? I don’t think that should be a surprise to anybody. I find the chairs are very well constructed, but the table frame is average.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by dowood27 Looks great but many chips in the tile
Though the set comes in too many parts it really was not that bad to put together. Just use your own tools and not the cheap little ones that come with it. The chairs are very comfortable and the table is nice and big, but we have found 3 chips in the tiles in 3 different spots. Currently working with Home Depot to get them replaced. The process for replacements is too long. We have been talking to them for 3 days and just came to the point of taking pictures to send to them. Given the product cost great than $1100 I would like to see faster support services.

I would have given this 5 stars but we received the leg brace frame and it looked like it had been sawed in half on one side and the table top frame was bent. I called the Customer Service number on the instruction manual and was told I would receive the replacement parts in 7-10 business days, which would have been great, only when I called again 10 business days later after not receiving anything, the Hampton Bay warehouse didn't think to inform its customer service reps that they had run out of packing material and would be delaying any shipments. So not too happy about that but things happen.
Getting to the actual product - the chairs are awesome! They were not hard to put together although all the parts that should be nicely sealed were all over the place but luckily all pieces were there. It's much easier to knock this out with two people, each one putting a base together and then working together to get the actual seat on. It will go 100 times quicker if you use a ratchet instead of the supplied tools. The chairs are very comfortable and the rocking motion just adds to it. The lumbar pillows are a very nice touch as well.
Although I haven't been able to put the table together yet until I get my replacement pieces arrive, it looks to be easy although I have read all the other reviews about the issues with the screws. We will be using WD-40 as directed in many of the reviews so hopefully it goes together with no issues. The stone tiles are beautiful but very heavy. Definitely two people needed to install the tile to make sure they don't break. Very much looking forward to enjoying this table. It's the perfect size for our large family get-togethers.

The table arrived with assembly required. Not hard to assemble just very time consuming. The down side was that one of the table tiles was shattered. The tiles are not a common size (31"x31") so replacement of them is very difficult. I contacted Home Depot for a replacement, it arrived shattered as well, still awaiting its replacement. Would like to see Hampton Bay make a modification to the table, by making an grid that fits into the tile space allowing the use of smaller more common tile. I can see in the future if a tile cracks due to my fault finding a replacement will be next to impossible, therefore, the table would be trash, because of one tile.
